Modern Vintage a Nikki Sixx story!

Operation Gunner

(December 10th 2014)

Tommy sighed but finally rang the door bell.

"Hey Uncle T-Bone, whats up?" Gunner asked leaning on the doorframe. "Um as you know your only fathers fifty-sixth birthday is tomorrow and therefore we-As in m-me and the rest of the guys would very much like it if you-Gunner Nicholas Sixx attended a surprise birthday party for your father-Nikki Sixx."

Gunner smirked watching the older man messing with his hands. Gunner scoffed and pushed off the wall. "Did it take you the whole drive over here just to think of that amazing speech?"

Tommy gulped. "So?" He asked looking the man over. "Is my dad's dear girlfriend going to be there?" Tommy gulped. "Well yea man I mean they've been together half a year so-."

"I know how long it's been." Tommy sighed. "Gunner, your father hates not seeing you-Six months is a long time dude! And I-I understand how it feels when one of your kids don't want to see you ya know?"

He asked softly. Gunner sighed looking down. "It's hard on me too alright, but I knlw that little girl is up to something!" He snapped.

"Balloons?" Storm asked look at her checklist. Decker was busy blowing them up at the moment why Frankie laughed running around. "Check." Mick muttered still laying on the couch.

"Okay cake is on the way thanks to Rain amd Fai." Strom muttered. "Gifts?" She asked looking up at the guitarist. "Check- Hidden in blondies basment."

Decker sighed as the balloon he was working on got away from him and went crazy in the air before a crazy sounded. "Oops."

Brittany smirked walking back into the living room. "If he asks- Tommy did it." She said sitting next to Decker. Storm rolled her eyes and started over her list again.

"So all we need now is Gunner." Mick opened his eyes. "You mean a miracle?" He asked.

"Check and check." Gunner said standing in the door way with a grinning Tommy Lee. "I did it guys!"

You sighed putting on your shirt. "You ready?" Nikki asked softly. "Yea but I can't stop thinking about what they could be planning." You said fixing your hair.

"With them.. Anything. But with what tomorrow is I'm sure this has something to do with my birthday."

You grinned. "Thats right Mr Sixx will be turning Fifty-Six!" You said in a shocked tone.

"Shut up!" He snapped. "Why?" You asked playfully. "Because its another year closer to sixtie and-." He gulped. "And?" You asked softly confused.

"And I'll really be an old geezer then." You scoffed. "And I'll be thirty!" You said a look. "You know the age that most rockers trade in girls for twenty something?" You joked.

"Id never dream of trading you in baby." You rolled your eyes. "What?" He asked confused. "I'm the same as you. I'd never want anyone else. I love you!" Nikki smirked and pulled you closer. "Then that makes me the luckiest man alive."

Nikki pulled up to the singers home and smirked at you. "See the lights are off. I knew it!"

You giggled getting out of the car.

"Okay dudes Nikki is here- Places!" Tommy screamed diving behind a couch. "Watch it!" Vince snapped when the drummer crashed into him.

The door opened snd Tommy giggled. "I think he's having more fun than even Nikki will." Rain whispered.

"Oh my why are all the light off?" Nikki asked loudly making you smile.

Brittany flipped the lights on. "SURPRISE!"

Everyone screamed. A photo was taken blinding you with the flash. "Sorry." Storm muttered pocketing her phone.

Nikki's eyes grew when he saw Gunner standing off to the side. "SON!" He ran past everyone eles and pulled his oldest child into a crushing bear hug.

You smiled. "I'm getting all the love!" Brittany said filming the father/ son moment.

"Nice to see where we stand." Decker joked. "Daddy!" Frankie screamed running to hug her father.

"Even more love man! Everyone get in on it!" Brittany said laughing. Tommy hugged Mick and pulled Vince closer.

Storm smiled at you and pulled you, Decker and Rain into a hug.

Fai walked over to Brittany hugged her from hehind. "Not leaving you out girl!" Brittany smiled hugging her back.

Gifts were opened and Frankie helped her father blow out his candles.

The party had been going on for about an hour. You watched as the girls passed cake and ice cream around.

"Some wild party huh?" Vince asked smirking at you. You smiled pushing on the singer. "Oh yea the craziest one I've ever seen!"

"I can't Believe our Nikki's so old!" Tommy joked. Nikki narrowed his eyes. "Watch it Lee!" The drummer shrugged. "I'm just saying whats a fact man so-." You laughed watching Nikki take off after Tommy.

Vince sighed as a crash rang out. "I didn't do it!" Tommy screamed running back into the room. "Sure just like you didnt do that other mess!" The singer snapped.

Brittany and Decker high fived smirking at each other. "Your shoulder old man-Think of your bad shoulder!" Tommy yelled when Nikki got him, slamming him to the floor after putting the drummer in a head lock.

"My shoulders fine!"  Nikki said holding the man down.

You smiled walking closer to Stotm and Gunner, the girl once again had her phone out taking photos. "Smile guys!" She yelled walking closer, leaving just you and Gunner standing off to the side together.

"This means a lot to him, having you back." You said with a smile. "He really missed you Gunner." You added.

The man sighed and continued to watch his dad and Uncle Tommy act like big babys.

"Hey Sixx, I kind of need this arm for drumming!" Tommy snapped making Nikki chuckle. "Say Uncle T-Bone-Say it!" Nikki snapped now holding the drummers arm. 

"Just so we're clear here." The man started, turning to look at you-His once smiling face turning dark.

"I still don't like or trust you-I came here because One: I've missed my father, Two: I can keep an eye on you this way and Three: Tommy is really really annoying!"

You gulped looking down. "I really love your father!" He rolled his eyes. "My fathers big house, his cars and his money -."

You shook your head. "Honestly Gunner, I love your father!" The man sighed. "Arnt we real close in age? I mean my dad is in his fifty's!"

"Age is only a number!" You snapped making the man roll his eyes. "Yep. Good luck trying to change my mind. They've ready tried!" He said motioning to Vince, Mick, Decker and Storm.

Before he could say anything Nikki screamed.

"Dog pile on Tommy Lee!" Tommy made a face as everyone started jumping either on or very close to him. He huffed when Frankie landed on his gut.

Nikki laughed and stood up watching Gunner walk away from you.

"So you two talked huh?" He asked with a bright smile. You tried to smile yourself.

"Yea-We're at an understanding and he'll be around a lot more." Nikki pulled you closer and into a kiss. "See I told you!" He said grinning.

Gunner was glaring at you in his fathers arms and Brittany noticed.

She nugged Mick or gave her a death glare until he noticed what she wabted. He sighed and smiled at you why she mouth 'Your good Sis.'

You smiled back and decided you would show the man your love for his fatger no matter how long it took, but for now at least Nikki had ALL his children again.
