Hi, this is author. As you already read in the description, this is a short story, around 8 or more chapters. It is part of a three-part book series, all boy×boy, and all part of the werewolf universe.

This will be my only note and please read it all because it contains information about werewolves and things in this story that are supernatural.

Now lets start with the informations and definitions. Please read.

Moonside: the village

Moonside forest: the forest the story takes place in

Werewolves: Humans that have wolf genes. Part-humans that turn into wolves (not just on full moon but whenever they want)

1. Wolves: Simple werewolves as seen in a lot of stories

2. Pure Wolves: Wolves of pure blue blood.
Human form: White hair, paper white skin, red/purple eyes
Wolf form: Completely white

3. Mutt Wolves: The lowest race. The wolf genes are mixed with the human genes (like all werewolves) but their human blood also has hunter blood. They can only turn into wolves at night unlike the other two races of wolves who can turn whenever they want to

Hunters: Humans that hunt werewolves because of tradition and religion

1. The Braxtons: Strongest and biggest family of hunters

2. The Bennets: Hunt for hobby, not as a job or tradition

3. Lone hunters: Hunters that aren't part of any hunting family. They hunt alone for various reasons depending on the individual

Mates: A premeditated connection (romantic and sexual) between two wolves. Can happen between wolf and human too but the human needs to have wolf genes even if it's just 0.001%

(Wolf genes can exist in humans too but they need to be 50% for the person who has them to be a werewolf.)

Mating: First time sex between two mates. Can't be done during heat or rut.

Heat: Week long period when the submissive mate goes through sexual crisis in which hormones grow, the body needs intercourse and penetration, slick is produced.

Rut: Week long period when the dominant MALE mate goes through sexual crisis in which sperm multiplies and needs release, male organ needs contact and warmth.

Submissive male mates go through heat. Females, doesn't matter if they're dominant or submissive, go through heat. Dominant male mates go through rut. In both rut and heat the mates need each other, it is physically impossible for a wolf to go through heat or rut with someone else that's not their mate ( the body rejects them).
Human mates can go through heat only if they went through the mating process, which I already explained what it means.

Slick: Warm, scented liquid/substance that the submissive mate produces during heat.

Charge: Substance dominant male produces that emits certain hormones in the air that bring the submissive mate in a sleepy state, almost like subspace. Charge doesn't happen like slick. The mate can be in rut but not produce charge. The mate can be outside rut and have plenty of charge. Depends on horniness.

Soul wolf (this will be confusing but read)

Werewolves have two forms as I said, human and wolf. In both forms, the werewolf has this presence inside them, like the consciousness in the brain, this is called a Soul Wolf. Us humans have these voices in our head that is basically us. Wolves have this voice too, but the voice is almost like a different person, a bit more childish and animal like. It has animal instincts and its words aren't as developed.

So basically, this soul wolf is a consciousness inside the werewolf. When the werewolf is in human form, the Soul Wolf is mostly silent. When the werewolf is in wolf form, the Soul Wolf talks more and interacts more.

The werewolf can let the Soul Wolf completely take charge whenever. It can be in the battle when the Soul Wolf is more skilled, during sex etc. I don't know how to explain it but you'll see it happen and you will hopefully understand.

If the werewolf let's it's Soul Wolf take charge during sex, the Soul Wolf will have sex like a literal animal. Just so you are warned.

THE SOUL WOLF HAS A DIFFERENT NAME THAN THE WEREWOLF. In this story for example, the werewolf is called Gabriel, while the soul wolf is called David.

Pack: a group of werewolves that live in the same place, usually have the same blood. So like a family. The pack can be of 20 members, or 300. It variates.

Alpha: The superior werewolves. The leader.

Betas: Smaller superiority than alphas. In the middle.

Omegas: The lowest rank. Not leaders, but taken care of and they are the most appreciated and precious because they can give birth, doesn't matter if the omega is male or female.

Birth: Werewolf males can give birth only if they're omegas. Werewolves can give birth much easier than humans, almost no pain. Human males can't give birth. In some stories, the human male mate could give birth because they were mated to a wolf. Not here. This is not a mpreg.

RULES:
-Hunters aren't allowed to have any relationships with any werewolves
-Mutts can't be in the same pack as Pure Wolves, but they can be in the same pack as Simple Wolves
-Mutts and Wolves are forced to bow down to Pure Wolves since they are of superior blood
-Pure Wolves can't be mixed in packs nor mateship with any other kind of wolves
-Humans don't know about werewolves unless they're mated to one
-If a human is mated to a werewolf, the human must remain in the werewolf pack. Can't go back to human life
-Pure Wolves are actually encouraged to be mated with humans
-You can't choose your mate
-You can't refuse your mate
-The pack must listen and follow the Alpha no matter what
-The Alpha King is chosen by family and blood, not voting.
