August 13, 2007

The sun was shining through Aria's windows. Aria was already up and walking around her bedroom. Her Harry Potter books were laying on her desk, next to her laptop, waiting to be read again. Her laptop was open, and music was being played in the background will her homework was on display. Aria was taking a small break from it and was changed from her pjs into casual clothes. Aria looked through her closet while someone knocked on her bedroom door.

"Aria we are going to work remember you cannot leave this house no matter what." Aria's father told her. Aria's parents were very secretive not only with their neighbors but also with their daughter. All they said was that they were going to work but honestly, they could be murders and Aria wouldn't know. All she did was give him a nod of her head and he left. "Welp happy birthday to me" she muttered to herself.

Aria had never been able to leave the house since she could remember. She always had a teacher come to her house instead of her going to a school. But Aria still walking around her driveway.

She was bored of just staying at home and following rules. She lifted her hood and walked down the street. Aria had heard her parents arguing about a street fair blocking the roads to work, so she decided to visit it.

As she walked down the street and red glowing butterfly flew around her, messing with her hair and landing on her nose. It fluttered when she put her finger close to it. The butterfly stayed on her finger and glowed brighter.

"What type of butterfly are you, I've never heard of one that glows" Aria said to the butterfly as if it could talk back. Aria moved her hair off her shoulder and let the butterfly rest there and to her surprise the butterfly stayed. "Well welcome to my adventure butterfly" she said towards the butterfly.

Aria continued walking until she found the street fair. She then realized that the butterfly's glow was growing weaker, and it quickly flew away. "Aw bye butterfly" Aria said as it flew away. She walked around looking at all the booths there were, one was even selling Harry Potter books with their own cover that the salesperson made. Aria saw the last Harry Potter book was there, Aria loved the series and had all the other books. She had bought them after taking money from her parents. They had lots of money and never paid much attention to Aria, so it worked out perfectly.

Aria's teacher was the one to introduce her to the books. Ever since then her teacher was sneaking her the books when she came over to teach her. She made her way up to the booth to buy the book.

"How much for this book?" She asked. The sales lady quickly answered. "£10" Aria searched through her pockets and gave the money to her. Aria excitedly grabbed the book after saying a thank you. She looked around for a little more before deciding she was done shopping. Aria stopped for a light snack at a small coffee shop. She had got a chocolate chip muffin and a hot chocolate. She sat in the corner reading the book. To her it felt like 20 minutes of just reading, eating and drinking. An hour and a half later she was finished with book, she closed it and whipped her tears off her face. All these years of waiting and the series was actually over now all that was left was the movies to be finished.

Once Aria saw the time she realized that her parents were going to be home soon, and she was not that close, so she had to run all the way home. Aria quickly made her way out and ran as fast as she could. She looked around and noticed dark clouds swirling in the sky, it looked almost like they were following her. She rounded a corner but found herself on a street, she doesn't know which way to go so she continued on the street until she bumped into someone. She looked up to say sorry, but she didn't expect to see him.

Standing in front of Aria was Professor Dumbledore. He sent her a warm smile while she still gave a confused look. "Hello Aria, I've wondered when you would find us." He said to her. She just stood there looking at him with wide eyes. Then the black smoke from before were about to grab her but Dumbledore stood in front of her with his wand out, protecting her. The clouds then quickly zoomed away from them.

"How are you here and what were those." Adria asked him while he was trying to guide her inside. "I am here to bring you back and I have a feeling you know who they are." He said as they made their way in. "Deatheaters, but how" she asked him. "They are Henry and Eleanor Clark, former deatheaters and-"

"My parents" Adria says cutting him of. "Well not exactly follow me and I will explain", he said while holding his hand out to her. She grabbed it and suddenly felt herself being sucked into a tunnel. Aria then felt her feet back on the ground, she looked around seeing them standing on a street. A pub infront of them. A sign hanging above it reading, "The Leaky Cauldron" she was in awe of the building. Dumbledore walked up to the door and held it open for her.
