It's been about a week since Levi's encounter with Marcus and it was finally the day of his release he had planned out the entire day rigorously from down the very last detail he thought he would be ready for everything his mind set and his body ready for whatever was to come off of his medications he was finally able to stand on his own and eat things properly without having to throw up or feel nauseous he finally had strength back in his body after a good few days of resting and relaxing felt like he had it in him it was early morning and he set out of his room quickly popping to his locker and the nurses locker he had been tracking popping open the combination and switching the contents from a fresh pair of Scrubs as well as the clothes that he already had into the same locker and shutting it quietly then heading back to his room to spend the rest of the hour monitoring the window

Time skip two hrs

He watched each car coming in and out of the parking lot monitoring the people you had a decent vantage point from the 3th floor the top floor but it was still enough to see the entire parking lot from his room his eyes then zoomed suspicious looking car would look to be the exact same limo that he was kidnapped in that exact moment he knew what was happening reaching for his phone he pulled it out to see it was exactly 3:00 "right on cue" Levi thought with that he swiftly exited his room he had signed his release papers earlier so he was allowed to go at any time but at least the end of the day he had managed to use a mirror reflection to see the security guard stations cameras so when he saw what looked to be an Iry shape of two bodyguards Marcus and another man who fit the description of the doctor he picked up the pace quickly switching out of his current clothes into the scrubs

shoving them all into the backpack he put the backpack underneath his scrubs and quickly scrubbed the deodorant and sprayed himself with the perfume that he found in the man's locker which he was confused about but he didn't ask questions that covered up his sent now what was left was to simply put on the name tag saying he was a nurse and that he was off his shift he had the ID card of the man

so he could take the staff exit from the stairs down so he began to walk there when all of a sudden he heard the ding of an elevator and he quickly took a peek and saw his worst fears Marcus and the man with two bodyguards stood there exiting the elevator ominously

Levi swallowed hard picking up the pace a little bit and keeping his eyes sealed onto the stuff door quickly he got over there and fumbled around with the key card just barely managing to swipe the card and slip out the door before anything happened

Marcus pov -

"Lower here for patient pickup the name is Levi donu evangel" Marcus piped up in a cheery tone wobbling on both feet back and forth quietly thinking in his head to himself making sure he wasn't connected to the psychic link "can't wait to see my mate he will be so happy to see me and I will take him home and make up for lost time!"

Suddenly the nurse's voice broke through his thoughts "I'm sorry but that patient checked out about an hour ago he's been gone for a while he even took his stuff out of his locker with him if you'd like I can try and get in contact with him?" The nurse spoke calmly quietly those words seem to shatter Marcus

Ryan on the other hand standing next to him had expected this Ryan had been in this sort of situation before he knew he had to manipulate things around him to make sure we like him escape so he had one of his pack members join the security team for the hospital so they could keep a close eye on him they never reported anything suspicious

but Ryan had a sixth sense for this quickly pulling out his phone he swiped through the list of patient dropout times it was listed that Levi was supposed to get out at 3:00 and they were right on time him leaving an hour early was against the hospitals rules if they were below the age of 18 now Levi was 19 but because he had no family members no insurance he would be forced to abide by these rules temporarily until he could provide on his own

Ryan quickly switched over to the hospital's life either the lobby nothing only nurses in people coming in and out switching over the ER he saw nothing again but then he switched over to the stairs and he only saw one nurse nearly running down the stairs as if it was instinct immediately he closed down his phone or at least lowered it and asked "yes please"

the nurse giving him a patient smile hold on her desk phone and typed in the number and raised it to her ear Ryan took a quick peek down on his phone to simply see the nurse pull out his phone look at it and hang up his theories have been confirmed that was Levi quickly he turned around and said to his guard

"secure all staff entrances and emergency exits I don't want the public being seen understood!" He hissed the guard simply nod at his head and stepped away pulling out his radio calling in the situation Levi had no chance of escape that was the final answer in the end at least Ryan had grown up like this learning to manipulate situations to his advantage

Levi wouldn't be his first 15 years of bullying and 4 years of a toxic relationship Tought Ryan to be cold and manipulative he knew eventually Levi how would have no choice but to fall head over heels for him he didn't have a choice Levi made a promise to his mother that he would be alpha of the conjoined pack not Levi or Marcus would stand in the way of that promise simple as that
