Some important notes at the end of the chapter!

As expected, the Hero Killer was the talk of the town. Just as Tsuragamae, the chief of police said, Sakura, Izuku, Shoto and Iida weren't mentioned in the new cover up story. They're only known as four unfortunate high school students who came across the Hero Killer: Stain.

Sakura is fine with that, but some thoughts did crossed her mind. It reminded her of the higher ups in Konoha. Of all the secrets beyond the image of a well known village, in her previous world of course. Some were kept secret for the better and some for the worse. She only know a few of it from Tsunade-sama. Not that it matters anymore since she's literally dead.

Now that she thought of it, did she have any family in this world? How does she even exist in the first place? Where's her parents? Huh, weird. Or maybe, she was supposed to be dead but some annoying shit happened and boom here she is. Perhaps someone is messing with her, like those people with Uchiha eyes whatwasit, sharingan. Maybe some unknown alive Uchiha actually planned to send her here or it's just a mistake.

But inner said she's dead. Is she really? Isn't reincarnation supposed to happen from the start, isn't she supposed to be a baby right now? Then what is she doing? Crossover to some other world or reincarnated? Crossover seems to be right, but she's dead, dead not disappeared or something. She even saw her grave and Tsunade crying. What if they buried something else? Is it really her body underneath that?

Or perhaps fate just love messing up with her.

'Would you just stop contemplating life?'

Sakura felt rather than saw inner rolling her eyes and crossing her arms.

Izuku is still in the hospital, he's being released today. Gran Torino had forbidden her to wander around without his knowledge again after all those incident. She can understand so she went along with it, albeit reluctantly at first. So now she's just waiting in his office where the broken floor is still very much broken but covered poorly underneath a green rug.

Gran Torino had brought her along yesterday for the patrol around the city since Izuku wasn't able to. Shinobi have patrols too. Only in the nights though. But ANBU are everywhere, always hidden from sight. In this world, people seem to love the heroes. They greeted them cheerfully. Meanwhile in her previous world, some people are afraid of shinobi, some look up to them and some even despised them.

Something she had noticed, they see the world in black and white. It'd make sense why the public is interested in the Hero Killer. His way of seeing the world is different than theirs. The people here view the world in such a shallow way. There's no gray area, something is either wrong or it's right. A very skewed perspective on morality.

Stain would make an exceptional ninja in the shinobi world.

"It's only for a short time, but thank you for taking care of us," Izuku said as both he and Sakura bowed to the pro hero in front of the door. It's still fairly early in the morning. Gran Torino yawned, "I don't think I did anything to be thanked for."

"No! It was thanks to you-"

Izuku's voice faded into background noises as Sakura stared blankly in front of her. It has been so long since the last time she feel this way. Light and somewhat more alive if that's even possible. She could feel the chakras around clearer. It felt familiar, comforting. Even though no chakra capacities are probably larger than hers in this world. It shouldn't be possible to live normally with this low chakra. Perhaps something in this world is just different.
