Right now I get to decide my basic appearance and starting abilities. I didn't see any other way out of this, these aliens were playing god and I happened to be apart of their game. Was this just some sort of coma or near death experience? At this point it didn't matter, I can only continue.

The choices appeared and I first had to choose male or female. I thought about it for a moment before picking female for the experience. When I clicked it though I was given a brief summery on the bonuses and drawbacks of picking one or the other. Although females were weaker they were more agile and they had this special trait of "getting out of most hopeless situations" I didn't know what this world would have in store for me so that seemed ideal.
