Something that's changed from my first draft: Him being Lauren's best friend He was only supposed to babysit her in that one chapter near the beginning and then I was like. "you. i like you."
Something that hasn't changed: His entire personality
Something that was added on very late: His tendency to freeze up in stressful situations He didn't really have any "action scenes," so when it came for him to have one (whoever he meets Lauren after she got Stung) I was like, "he wouldn't immediately jump in to help in the midst of the action, so like, he should be like 'woah, what's up.' "
Something I wish I could change: honestly nothing, I love him a lot
A trait that's been taken from me: *deep breath* HIS JEALOUS STREAKKKK i felt it in my BONES when he and Lauren were fighting after she got stung because me personally would want to help in any way i can and when someone's doing a better job than i am, or i'm passed over to help, I'm like "you sayin' I'm not good enough?" yeah, it was very easy to write him.
