CHAPTER 02

4 years has passed. Yes, it's been four years ever since Jimin disappeared. No one knew where he went or where he is. Not even Taehyung who told the truth that he was the last one who saw the male. He said; "I dropped him off in the 'Daydream Hotel'. He told me that he would stay there for the night. But when I contacted him the next day, my phone number got blocked."

Yoongi spent a year searching for Jimin. Honestly, he doesn't know why he did that. As far as he remembered he was mad at Jimin for running off. I guess his heart made him do it? He didn't know why but he had a feeling he needs to search for Jimin so he can explain and release the anger inside him.

He's confused and mad.

But after realizing that Jimin just doesn't want to be found. He stopped searching. Cause he knows if he keep searching for Jimin, he would go crazy. And it was also time to move on from the younger. As he through the moving on process. He met someone.

Someone who helped him throughout his journey. Someone who stayed by his side whenever he's having a mental breakdown or he remembered what Jimin did.

Someone who's a girl named Mina.

Yes. Mina. The girl who helped him pick food in the small store. Turns out Mina is the granddaughter of the owner of the store. Turns out she stayed there because Mina's grandfather, who is the owner of the store, was sick and her parents wanted her to take care of her sick grandfather.

Their second meeting was the same thing that happened in their first meeting.

-flashback-

Yoongi sighed and rubbed his face on his hands. He stared at the stall full of food. Lots of varieties was in the stall. And all of them were Yoongi's favorites. He planned taking one food only since he's saving money for his future but the stall made him think about his decision.

Out of nowhere, a girl suddenly popped up right beside him and spoke "You should take that barbeque flavored one. It's yummy" this cause Yoongi to flinch and yelp. The girl giggled. "I'm sorry, did I scare you?" She asked.

Yoongi looked at his side only to see the same girl. He shook his head and sighed "you did but it's cool" the male said. Shrugging both his shoulders in the process. Mina nodded and grinned when she noticed Yoongi staring at the stall again. His eyes scanning the whole stall. "I see that you're confused on what to pick. Again" she said.

A pout formed into Yoongi's lips as he shove his hands into the pocket of his jeans. "Yes." He muttered. Mina let out a giggle that made Yoongi's heart do a cartwheel. "You're a very indecisive person"

Yoongi nodded and stepped forward to reach the food (with no hesitation). The one that Mina suggested. "I guess I am." He replied with a smile. Pink dusted on his cheeks. "You're getting that?" Mina asked, motioning at the food in Yoongi's hands. The male nodded.

"Well then. Off to the counter we go" she chirped and skipped towards the counter. Yoongi followed the girl lazily not really knowing why he picked the barbeque flavored food and why his heart made a flip when she giggled.

Is he perhaps attracted to her?

I mean, she is very pretty. Bubbly. And kind. She gives people suggestions when they're having a hard time picking their choice. The same thing Jimin would do.

Yoongi's face fell into a frown. Now why the hell did he think that.

Yoongi was thinking too much that he didn't know that they have reached the counter section. "Something wrong?" Mina asked snapping Yoongi out of his daze.

"Huh? No, nothing's wrong" lies.

Mina squinted her eyes suspiciously. She observed how Yoongi looked down at his foot. Staring blankly at his shoes. She knew he was lying but decided not to push it further.

"That would be 1,200 (1.05 USD) won pls" Mina said. Yoongi took out his wallet and grabbed the bill. Giving it to Mina. The girl took it and typed something in the machine.

Yoongi chewed on his bottom lip when his head gave him an idea. "Hey um" he said catching Mina's attention. His heart hammered inside his chest.

Why is he nervous?

"D-do you have time to take a break?" He asked, cursing at himself mentally for cursing. Mina looked at her watch as she tapped her chin. "Yeah about an hour. Why did you ask?" Mina replied.

Yoongi shrugged, trying to find the words on how will he tell Mina his idea. "You don't mind if I take you out for coffee?" Mumbled Yoongi, the volume of his voice is enough for Mina to hear.

"Yeah sure."

-end of flashback-

After that little hang out with Mina and Yoongi. A bond formed between the two. It was crazy right? They met twice and hang out once then they became close as ever. Like they're friends for 10 years already.

Yoongi's friends gladly accepted Mina seeing that Mina was the one who helped Yoongi move on. They all like the girl, well, not all of them. Taehyung hates Mina because she's too kind for his liking. It looks like she's hiding something. A persona maybe?

But other than that, he has other reasons.

Back to the present. Yoongi stood there in the park, his eyes scanning the place. It was filled with people. Not too crowded since it's a weekday. He sighed and looked up to his phone once more. Nothing. Not even one text.

This made Yoongi groan in annoyance.

Yoongi looked up from his phone when he felt something hit him. More like someone. He cocked his head to the side in confusion when he saw two kids with teary eyes. Seems like they are lost. The male crouched down to reach the two kids' level as he asked; "hey, what's wrong?"

The girl looked up, her plump lips forming into a pout. A pout that looked very familiar for Yoongi. "M-mister have you seen Mama? We are lost" she sobbed as she hugged her brother. Yoongi pursed his lips.

How can he tell these kids he doesn't know who their mother?

He opened his mouth to speak but a tell cut him off. "Hana! Chul! Oh ny thank goodness I found you!" The mother of the two kids exclaimed, relieved that they found their kids. "Mama!" The twins yelled as they jumped in their mother's arms.

The guy was shaking as he pecked his kids' forehead. Yoongi looked at them with a small smile on his face. The sight was enough to make him coo. When the male -who was looking for his kids- looked up to thank the male who found his kids, their eyes met and Yoongi froze.

"J-Jimin"
