Hey..ever thought of having that "perfect" life..?" She whispered to the fourth wall. "Well I have..I'm Kaitlyn Lo and this is my story!"

It all started with a young 12 year old girl, who finally graduated 6th grade! Away from her elementary school now entering middle school. It was a Friday, in a late afternoon, she was walking her way home for today because her mom picked up her younger siblings already, she stayed at school for another hour saying her goodbyes to her friends making their last memories until the next time they see each other. Kaitlyn Lo was her name! A girl who didn't know what friendship was all about until she actually met her very first friend group! Her good friends name were, Angela and Belinda! All great friends with a very strong trusting bond! Anyways, she then walked up to her house front door and knocked on the door taking off her shoes. Her younger siblings came to the door and opened it for her, welcoming her back home. She walked in and sets her school backpack down and stretches. "What a day I had!" She yelped. Her siblings looked at her and started to mess around with her. "WELCOME HOME!" Bently said, her younger brother. Kaitlyn had 2 younger brothers, one little sister, and finally an older brother. Kason(Oldest), Kaitlyn(Second oldest), Destin(Third oldest, Bently(Fourth oldest), and finally Kaylee(Youngest). The family was really a lot, but some in way they had to deal with it-..She smiled at her younger siblings noticing that her older brother wasn't here to greet her. Kaylee then jumped onto her back and started to yell. "HEY HEY SHUSH! STOP YELLING!" Kaitlyn yelled to her. "What?! OH WAIT, Mommy and Kason need to talk to you! In the kitchen!!" Kaylee said to her then went back to yelling. Kaitlyn blinked a few times and started to ask questions in her head. "Wait..what do they needa talk about-?! Did I do anything wrong? DID I?!-" Kaitlyn thought to herself and sat back up, she gulped and walked to the kitchen.

Flash Back (With Kason and Mom)

"Do you really want her to go with you? She may say no..and you two are still young.." Mom said to Kason as she as cooking. Kason sighed and looked down a bit tired. "I want to bring her! It's her dream..but yet again.." He paused and stayed quiet for a while, Mom looked at him and sighed as well starting to stir the food for tonight's dinner. It was quiet for a moment until they heard Kaitlyn appear into the kitchen. "You guys needed me-right-..?" She mumbled to the both of them and stands in between them. Her Mom looked at her and looked at Kason. "Well I believe it was Kason who needed you really." Her Mom said to her and started to cut the vegetables. Seems like they were gonna have beef stew. Kaitlyn looked at Kason, tilted her head slightly confused. "Yes Kason?" She questioned him. He looked at her and walked up to her, then looked down to her eyes. "So you do know what school I'm going for high school correct?" He asked her turning more serious. She gulped again starting to shake, she didn't like it when Kason was mad or serious- he could become some kind of psychopath-..She nodded her head in response. "Y-yes..You're going to..Karasono High..right?-" He smiled back to her taking a step back away from her face. "Yes, do you know where that is?" Kason questioned her. She blinked a few times and took a second to think. "No-?" She responded back and went back to thinking. "Is there even a school called Karasono around where we live?-I mean after all this is the USA-.." She thought to herself then suddenly froze to Kason's response.."In Japan. Karasono High is in Japan.." He answered her and looked out the window crossing his arms. She looked at him and started to shake a bit then grabbed onto his arms. "Y-You're moving that f-far?!-" He looked at her and smiled softly. "Well yes I am, I'll be in a class for summer break here. To learn Japanese." He started to say. "Then I'll be moving away once I pass. So I wanted to ask you this, but would you like to move with me?" He finished and looked straight at her. She blinked and looked down for a second to think.."I really do wanna go to Japan..but then again I'm leaving everything.." She thought to herself and had some intense thinking at the moment. It was quiet. "You don't have to go, I understand." Kason said to her, as he patted her head with a small smile. She looked up to her elder brother and smiled. She would know that she's leaving everything yet her brother will be alone..who knows what could happen. She sighed and stood straight back up looking at Kason with a confident face. "I'd love to go to Japan with you Kason!" Both Kason and her Mom looked at her with shocked faces. Kaitlyn smiled at the both of them. "A-are you sure-?!" Kason replied to her with a half worried face. "Y-You know you have no option of going back here after right?! Japan is really far from home here!" He shouted out to her. "I make my choices Kason! And I've made it!!" She said back at him yelling at the same volume as him. "As long as mom and dad are fine with it, of course I'm going Kason!" Their mom started to giggle from the background of her two oldest yelling at each other. They both looked at their mom and sighed. "Well well Kason, seems like Kaitlyn made her choice! Guess we'll sign her up for the class as well then.." Their mom said and chuckled. "Go get your younger siblings Kason, dinners ready!" She said to them and started to set up the table. Kason sighed again and nodded his head and walked out of the kitchen to go call for the younger ones. Before that he whispered to Kaitlyn for a quick second. "I hope you're making the right choice..." He whispered then walked to the younger ones' rooms. She froze again then looked down gripping onto her right wrist. Was she making the right or wrong mistake..? Later that day after dinner and cleaning up, Kaitlyn was in her room on her phone scrolling through posts and notifications. But she was too busy thinking in her head, asking herself questions. "Is this the right choice?! Would if my friends and family get upset with me-?! How can I tell my friends..?" She turned off her phone and layed on her bed with her back, looking up at the wall, thinking of what to do or what to say..Her brain stopped as she sat up looking at the door, someone knocked on her door. "Uhm come in!" She said quietly. The person listened to what she said and opened the door and sat next to Kaitlyn. "What do you need Kason?" She said generally concerned and confused. He looked up at her with a small frown. "Are you really sure you wanna go-? I mean you're leaving your hometown--" He started to say but Kaitlyn didn't let him finish. "Stop Kason, I made my choice. I don't wanna think again. I'm already stressed about telling my friends.." She said to him and looked away from him. He looked away as well as the room was quiet with the both of them. Kaitlyn then grabbed her phone out again and started to write a paragraph to her friends.
