June 5th, 1980, the day he was born. The day Draco Malfoy was born, young and innocent but born in the wrong family at the wrong time. He didn't know what was to come for him many years into the future. It all started when he was born the constant nagging, the constant words that we're said by his father "You will be great." "You will help him know the difference between right and wrong." Those words meant nothing to him as a boy but as he grew up he started to realize what they meant.
The boy who lived, Harry Potter. My parents always told me about him. Always telling me that I will be the one to help him come over to the dark side, that I will make the dark lord proud. Who's the dark lord and why will I out of everyone make him proud?
5 YEARS LATER: Draco just turned 11
"Draco, darling breakfast is ready" Narcissa called the young man.
"Coming mother" Draco ran to the dining room of the very large house. As he ate breakfast his father walked in and he didn't say hi to anyone but instead just sat down and started to read the daily profit.
"Narcissa you're sister is in the daily profit again. She tried to escape once more." Lucius told his wife.
Auntie Bellatrix was in Azkaban, what and where is that you may ask? A prison in the middle of the ocean.
As the mail slips through the door Lucius asks Draco to go fetch the mail. When Draco grabs it there's a letter addressed to him. It's his letter to Hogwarts.
"Mother, Father my letter has arrived!" Draco shouted trying to get his parents attention.
"Excellent darling, let me view it." His mother took an interest and was very proud but his father on the other hand wasn't as surprised.
"Of course you got it, you're a pureblood. I never wanted you to go to that stupid school, you should've been going to Durmstrang they don't let those filthy mudbloods in. Now go up to your room and be quiet." His father never seemed to truly care when things happened that had to do with Draco. His father always would give him a hard time, telling him the importance of purity in blood and what house he has to be in. Sometimes it feels as if Lucius didn't love Draco.
Yes it hurts, the feeling of my father not loving me. I constantly have to fight for his approval and I know if one day I don't bring Harry Potter over to the Dark side and help bring the Dark Lord back I'll never have my fathers approval.
