Unfortunate events

Hello readers! Before I get started I just wanted to let you know thank you for reading! I randomly created this idea after a dream I had. This story will probably be appropriate for 13+, so if you are not, and not comfortable with romance topics then I would say click off. But, if you are fine with it, keep reading! :) 

So, this is basically taken place during the New-York special episode, of Tales of Miraculous Ladybug and Chatnoir. If you happen to remember the scene where Marinette keeps running into the glass door at the hotel, this is what it's inspired by lol. But I hope you enjoy! I'll try my best to update as much as possible, sometimes I might be busy because of my schedule! But ill try my best :)

It was sunny morning for the Paris High Schoolers, they were on a trip to New York! Luckily, the two secret love birds Adrien and Marinette were already late to meet up their group to their hotel! 

"agh"-Marinette huffed, breathing heavily, she literally just sprinted to the building. 

"Oh you are late too!" Adrien stated as he suddenly appeared out of nowhere

"AHHH" Marinette screamed, startled, as she jumped back--- (Seeing the boy she always had the fattest crush on always made her anxiety heightened.)

"I'm sorry for frightening you--" Adrien nervously said, rubbing his head. 

"You're cute-I MEAN FINE- I am so sorry, I've had a rough morning.." Marinette sighed. 

Adrien stared at her, and smiled.

"It's totally fine! It was my fault, and if you need someone to talk to let me know. But we better get going or we are going to be late!" Adrien said urgently. 

"You're so right, I'm so sorry for wasting your time! We better-" Marinette was suddenly stopped.

Adrien placed his hands on her shoulders, "Enough apologies, none of this is your fault Marinette, but come on let's go!" Adrien gleamed with joy, as he took her hand. He held onto it, and started running towards the outside doors of the hotel with her.

Marinette said to herself in her head... "HE IS JUST A FRIEND..JUST A FRIEND NOTHING MORE"

(random off topic.. the show in 5 words.. SHE IS JUST A FRIEND.. and HE IS JUST A FRIEND.. like why they gotta do this to us :( ). 

But suddenly her cheeks turned bright pink, as she noticed he was holding her hand. 

They finally arrived to the outside door, Marinette's hand still held by Adrien. They both took a gulp, and nervously looked at this weird contraption. The door. What were they going to do. As superheroes, they have faced more difficult and dangerous situations. But when it comes to automatic glass doors, it's a very challenging situation.

"uhh ladies first" Adrien said in hesitation.

Marinette took a gulp, and had some determination fired up in her. She walked toward the door in a confident way--similar to Ladybug--Adrien looked at her in awe, he couldn't believe how tough his great friend was. 

Marinette looked down at her little pink handbag, and saw her cute little Kwami named Tiki. Marinette gave Tiki the girl code look.. "Adrien thinks I'm tough.. BUT I'M CLUMSY AS HECK". Tiki giggled quietly, trying to be silent so she wouldn't be noticed. Marinette raised her eyebrows, and puffed her cheeks in response of her little friend making fun of her. 

Marinette took a deep breath, she decided her plan: she was going to run, and try to make it. 

"3.. 2..1!" Marinette screamed, she started running quickly, and closed her eyes. (Not the best decision to make... DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME PLEASE).
