This story is set four years after the events of Survival, so if you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend you do so, although I'm not forcing you.
It is around the time of Superking, but Turbo, GT, and Superking all happened in their own worlds and didn't interact beyond a hello with the characters from Survival. Characters such as Fubuki who appeared briefly in Burst or Evolution but was more of a main character in Turbo, Git, and Superking will fall into the same category, except they do interact with these characters more often, like Toko and Nika.
Here are some changes to the characters' lives:
- All of the Beyclub moved back to Japan and went back to Beigoma (even Ken)
- Cuza and and Clio now perform an acrobat and magician show worldwide
- Xander and Ren Wu went back to SB Rios
- Ukyo and Yugo went back to the Shakadera dojo
- Free went to BC Sol
- Lui is exactly the same
- Everyone has changed in personality, no matter what
