Reaching littleroot town of the Hoenn region was one fourteen year old Y/n L/n, Y/n wears a black shirt with the words "Seriously" in red, blue pants, red scarf and black shoes. He also has a Arceus ring necklace with a keytstone on it, a z powered ring on his left wrist and a Dyanamax band on his right.
Y/n then saw a ten year old boy with a hat hold a Pikachu, the mouse Pokemon was in pain from have he could tell was electric overload. After the regions professor, professor birch took the boy to his lab, Y/n quickly followed.
After reaching the lab and introducing himself, Y/n offered to help Pikachu to remove the excess electricity from him.
"Really? But how?" Professor Birch asked.
Y/n pulled out one of his heavy balls and sent out his Regieleki, surprising the two.
"Woah, who's that Pokemon." Ash asked.
"This is Regieleki, the lighting titan from the Galar region." Y/n explained. The electron Pokemon could tell what was going on as it senses that the Pikachu in front of it is overcharged, so it touched the tips of it's arms on Pikachu's cheeks and started absorb the excess electricity. Thanks to this, Pikachu is starting to calm down.
"Lighting titan? I thought there was only three titans in total ." Professor Birch asked in surprise.
"There's six in total." Y/n explained. "There's the three found in Hoenn , their master Regigigas in Sinnoh and Regieleki and one more in Galar."
"I see, it's quite interesting." Professor Birch said in interest.
By the time they finished talking, Regieleki was done absorbing the excess charge. Pikachu shook his head to clear it like nothing ever happened.
"Pikachu , your alright!" Ash said in joy.
The mouse Pokemon climbed his trainer's shoulder before rubbing his cheeks against his trainer in affection, glad to feel better after all that's happened to them.
Ash then turned to Y/n, who just recalled Regieleki. "Hey thanks for helping Pikachu, i owe ya." Ash said grateful to Y/n for helping his best friend. Pikachu also cried out his thanks.
"No problem, as an aura guardian it's my duty to help Pokemon whenever i can." Y/n said with a smile.
"Aura guardian?" "Pika?" Both trainer Pokemon said in confusion.
As Y/n explained, a girl in red came it. She introduced herself as May, a new trainer that arrived to receive her first Pokemon. May then choose a Torchic as her starter, Professor Birch gave the three their Pokedexes, though Y/n's was different from Ash and May's.
ORAS Pokedex
When Ash got his Pokedex, he tried to search up Regieleki. But Y/n informed him that his Pokemon is from the Galar region so his Hoenn Pokedex won't have any data of it.
Seeing Ash was curious about his Pokemon, Y/n was about to activate his Pokedex to show Ash it's Pokemon entry. An explosion happened , when they went to see what caused it, annoying laughter could be heard.
The dust died down to reveal a giant robot with two people piloting it, along with a talking Meowth?
Cue their motto, i don't feel like writing it
"Team rocket!" Ash growled. "Pika...." Pikachu growled along his trainer.
"You know them Ash?" Y/n asked, having a feeling the trio is going to be a pain in the neck.
"Their're called team rocket, they always try to steal any rare Pokemon from others." Ash explained. "They been after Pikachu for a while now, their the reason he was overcharged with electricity in the first place."
Y/n growled at that, not liking what he heard. If these idiots think they'll steal a Pokemon while he's around, then they have another thing coming.
"Lucario battle time!"
"What Pokemon is that?" James asked.
"Dunno, but it looks rare so lets steal it for the boss." Jessie said.
"Yeah i don't think so! Lucario! Hit and run!" Y/n commanded.
Lucario, quickly rushed at the machine. Team rocket didn't have time to blink as Lucario used a combination of speed and power to slowly but surely break their machine piece by piece.
Just as they understood what happened, their machine was already was destroyed and in pieces.
"Aura sphere!"
Lucario created a sphere of energy between his paws before sending it straight at the moronic trio, the attack struck its mark and sent the trio flying.
"Wow that was amazing!" Ash said in awe.
"I blinked and it's over." May said in amazement.
Suddenly a nearby bush started to shake, a small white rabbit like Pokemon then came out of it.
"Who' that Pokemon?" Ash asked.
"A Scorbunny ? What's one doing in Hoenn?" Y/n asked as he scanned the Galar starter.
" Scorbunny, the Rabbit Pokemon. A Fire type. Once Scorbunny is ready for battle, the pads above its nose and under its feet give off intense heat. The soles on its feet are also said to bring good luck." His Pokedex beeped.
The rabbit Pokemon run in front of Y/n before jumping excitedly, obviously in awe of what she saw.
Y/n kneeled down to it's level. "Hey there little guy, woah!" Y/n said before dodging an ember. "My bad, girl, wheres your trainer?"
The rabbit Pokemon looked sad at the mention of her trainer, this caused Y/n to hold back a growl, knowing it was abandoned by her former trainer.
Taking out and enlarging a Luxury ball, he held it towards Scorbunny.
"Would you like to come with me? I could use someone as spirited as you are." Y/n asked as he could as he massive amount of potential from her.
Scorbunny jumped in joy, and wasted no time pressing the button and allowing herself to be sucked it. 1..2..3 and with that Scorbunny was caught.
Y/n then out the rabbit Pokemon who jumped to his shoulder.
"Welcome to the team Scorbunny." Y/n said with a smile.
"She's so cute." May cooed at the Rabbit Pokemon.
"I'm sure she'll a great member of your team Y/n." Ash said.
Y/n then scanned his new member to find out that she has her hidden ability Libero, , a Pokemon with Libero as its Ability will change its to be the same type as the move it is using. Similar to the ability Protean.
The next day
After a good nights rest, both Y/n and Ash decided to go to Oldale Town to register for the Pokemon league, May asked to come along as her bike was destroyed by a pack of wild Poochyena and they agreed.
