"Marvin is dead."

The room was filled with silence ng marining ng lahat ang sinabi ni Celine. Gulat na gulat sila dahil ang alam naman nila ay okay na si Marvin. Celine glared at Chleo's direction.

"You're a murderer." Litanya ni Celine.

Matthew looked at Chleo immediately, naguguluhan rin sa nangyayari. He started to question things like is it true that a girl like her… can really kill a person?

Chleo bit her lower lip and tightly held her handkerchief. Her breathing started to get heavier when she heard the whispers her classmates making. Tila bang biglang bumagal ang lahat at ang tanging nakikita nya lang ay ang mga titig ng mga estudyanteng may halong takot at galit sa kanya.

"Check his Mom's update." Celine demanded to students because they started to question her what happened.

Iniwas ni Matthew ang tingin nya kay Chleo at agad na kinuha ang cellphone nya. Unang unang lumabas ang post ng nanay ni Marvin.

'Earlier this morning, I just walked out for a minute to buy him food. It was 5 am so it took me minutes to find a store that is open already to serve breakfast meals. But when I came back, I just saw his vitals monitor beeping already so I quickly asked for help…everything was so fast, I just heard the doctor mumbled his time of death..wala na. Wala na ang anak ko.'

Matthew heaved a sigh after reading the post from Marvin's mother. It gained a lot of reactions and comments already from the students in their university. He saw Chleo in his peripheral vision also took her phone.

He scrolled through the comments for more information, he saw the comment of Marvin's mother saying that Marvin died because of cardiac arrest. He saw another comment of her mother saying that they saw someone who's wearing all black clothes and cap na pumasok sa room ni Marvin when she was outside buying foods. She also added that the police and the hospital are currently looking for it's identity.

He scrolled it more and there's a new comment of her mother, she said that the doctor and NBI found a drug named methamphetamine na nakaturok sa PICC line, which is the cause of his death. So they believed that the one who went inside the room ang nag-turok nito.

"Paano naman nadiin si Chleo dito?" Matthew murmured to himself. He turned his back at nag-pasyang bumalik na lang sa table nya, he realized that he's paying too much attention to this issue.

"Look! May bago pang comment!" A student shouted beside him. He turned again his attention to the comment section.

'Update, they found out at the other cctv footage that the unknown person who went inside my son's room… is a girl.'

The cafeteria filled with noises again, lahat sila ay natuon ang attention kay Chleo, they were whispering to each other and calling her names. She became the main subject of this issue.

"She attacked Marvin yesterday, so for sure sya ang pumatay kay Marvin!"

Matthew looked back when they heard Chleo suddenly stood up, umurong ang upuan nito kaya nakalikha ito ng malakas na tunog. Inikot ni Chleo ang tingin nya sa paligid, pakiramdam nya ay mawawalan nalang sya ng malay.

"Murderer!"

Chleo froze up when she felt the thick medium of curry on her neck. Hinagis ito ng isang babaeng estudyante, lilingon na sana sya ng makaramdam ulit ng isang malagkit na patatas sa kanyang pisngi. Hinagis naman ito ni Celine. At sa isang iglap nalang ay sunod-sunod ng nag-hahagis sa kanya ang ibang estudyante ng mga pagkain, while calling her names.
