If Mineta had known what would happen to him, maybe he would have been nicer to the girls. Maybe he would've done things differently. Maybe he could've avoided that situation. Maybe. But that's not what happened. There are no second chances. There is no going back. You just have to look forward and keep on going.

Mineta stared blankly at the floor as recovery girl looked him over. She had him undress to his boxers to see his wounds. It was worse than she had anticipated. There were hickeys, self inflicted wounds, bruises, scratches, and even two hand marks that indicated that whoever had done this to Mineta was holding on really tight. Tight enough to leave a bruising mark. "We have to call the cops and take you to the hospital. We also need to call your parents." Mineta looked at her with fearful eyes. "No! You can't!" He started to shake. "Not my dad. Anyone but my dad." Recovery girl just nodded. "Get some rest for now. This might take a while.
She walked out of the room and went up to Aizawa who was waiting outside. "How is he?" "He has so many wounds including self inflicted. We need to get him to the hospital to have a rape kit done." Aizawa just nodded. "We also need to call his parents." Aizawa mumbled. Recovery girl shook her head. "Don't call his father."

The process was long. Oh so long. Mineta cried so many times and screamed. It was as though he were back in that forest against the tree. His screamed, cried and wailed. They had to sedate him. They had no other choice. And when it was over and he saw his mom. He felt himself shatter. Her eyes were tearful. She looked so scared. He thought she would break if he even spoke to her.
"Mom?" He asked. He was no longer in the forest with that man. He was no longer against a tree. His mom opened his arms. "Minoru!" She ran up to him and pulled him into a hug. "Oh, baby. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." She sobbed. "I shouldn't have had you live on your own. I should've had you stay with me. Please move in with me." She pleaded.
Mineta felt terrified hearing those words. "But-." His mom cut him off. "Your dad doesn't live there anymore. I kicked him out three weeks ago. I promise. Please come live with me Minoru."
The nurse who had come in to check on Mineta stayed back. She didn't need to interrupt this conversation. "Alright mom. I will."
His mom let out a breath of relief and squeeze him tight. If anyone else would've hugged Mineta it probably would've sent him into a panic attack, but his moms smells was what kept him from falling into one. And he was glad his mom was here. He loved his mom so much. "I'll make you some hot chocolate when you get discharged, Minoru. I'll make you anything you want. I love you."
——
Mineta was finally discharged. The police were still looking for that man. The man ran away once he realized the cops were after him. The police knew exactly who the man was. They found out through the convenience store he worked at. His name was Ganta Irie. They had gone into his house and found videos, pictures, notes and papers analyzing Mineta. The worse part was that many of the videos were of Mineta changing in his apartment. The police only told Mineta's mom. The cops also found hidden cameras in Mineta's apartment.
——
"Minoru, what would you like for lunch?" Mineta turned to face his mom. "Can I have hamburgers?" His mom smiled. "Of course." Mineta turned around and grabbed the TV remote. He turned the tv on and froze. His Twitter post was on the news.
Young UA student Mineta Minoru was attacked and raped recently in the woods. The perpetrator, Ganta Irie, has gone missing. In attempt to find him they went into his home and found many things that had Mineta Minoru in it. Including images and videos. The last thing Mineta Minoru posted before he was attacked was this Twitter post-
Mineta's mom turned off the tv. "Please don't watch that Minoru." Mineta just stared straight ahead and nodded.
