How does one go about making a vampire? Well you can either be born a vampire or be turned into one by biting into your wrist and giving the human blood! Then you kill the human and they come back as a vampire. The problem is when your a vampire you always have one problem after the next especially if your the daughter of a original, Elaine Mikaelson was no ordinary original vampire she was a pure blooded original vampire! Meaning that she was heir to the throne of the Mikaelson family (I'm sorry for making it sound complicated) Elaine was only 14 years old when she moved to mystic falls on her own, she's been running from her family and from her uncle since 1965, as she was unpacking her belongings her phone started to ring! She took it out of her pocket and saw that Elijah was calling her

Of course she let it go to voicemail "sorry dad but I need to face this on my own" her phone was beginning to blow up with text messages from Elijah.

"Where are you?"

But Elaine decided to ignore her phone and continue with her day "alright mystic falls, show me the Bennett witch" Elaine grabbed her backpack, she was deciding weather or not if she should bring her phone "best not" as she left her house she saw a girl with dirty blonde hair, she was wearing a red tank top with a black leather jacket "Katerina?!?" Elaine let out a soft chuckle "No, No that's impossible her blood line ended" Elaine saw The girl that looked like Katherine follow a man with a gray T-shirt with black leathered jacket and black hair

As she walked in she saw the bartender pouring drinks for people at the bar, thugs playing pool, and she noticed the man with the leather jacket "Salvatore!?" Of course he didn't notice her until the bar tender called out her name "Mikaelson!" Damon looked over to his left, he thought he saw someone familiar but they were gone in a instant "hey! Busboy....where did she go!?!" Matt looked at Damon for a second "where did who go?" Elena was confused at what Damon was doing, she didn't understand why he was freaking out for a second

"Uh-huh, that's what I that" Damon vamped outside, he looked to the left and to the right "well...well...well if it isn't the famous Salvatore, and you must be Damon! I've met Stefan and he was a lot hotter than you" Damon turned around and saw a woman standing on the roof "well if it isn't Elaine branson" Elaine had jumped off the building only to be met with blue eyes "it's good to see you again Damon!" Damon smiled at her and had gently kissed her on her lips. As he continued to kiss her, Elena was starting to worry about Damon "where is he?" As Elena walked outside she saw a woman kissing Damon! "Damon?!?" Elena was surprised to see him onto another woman. That's when Damon looked up and saw Elena "Damn....way to ruin the fun Elena"

"W-who is this Damon?"  Elaine looked at the girl who looked exactly like Katherine "Katerina!....So I was right, I did see you with Katerina!!—why are you still alive Katerina!" Both Elena and Damon were annoyed at the mention of Katherine name. "Well this isn't exactly Katherine, this is Elena Gilbert who happens to be Katherine doppelgänger" Elaine was confused at first but she knew what she was getting herself into
