After some weeks, they did not find any clue of Kendo's "disappearance", there was no evidence to suggest that something had happened to her, they assumed that she had fled or something similar, her stuffs were still in the cabin room and even her cell phone

Momo refused to believe that her friend had disappeared just like that, she supposed that someone did something to her, but there was nothing to back that up, which benefited Shoto. Going back to the present, everyone moved on as if nothing had happened, since they did not know the orange hair girl so much, they planned the Christmas party with gift exchange included, Shoto did not have that much interest in that and did not plan to stay anyway

He planned to visit his mother and give her the gift, Uraraka and Midoriya basically forced him to wear his Christmas hat, he saw how everyone was enjoying, eating and joking with each other, for some reason he did not feel comfortable being there, he saw how Kaminari forced Bakugo to wear a Christmas jacket, he sighs after hearing the screams and protests of the explosive boy

Shoto opened his eyes in total surprise, he had never heard that he had to kiss someone for being under a plant "¿W-Why?"

"Tradition, do it" Midoriya and Uraraka pushed them while the others kept repeating the same phrase, they brought them closer until their bodies collided, Mina looked up which showed that she was nervous

"Whatever" Shoto kissed her cheek quickly and broke away from her "Done" He managed to loosen their grip and went to his room

Mina stays static touching her cheek with a big blush on her cheeks, she sat next to Hagakure who made a squeak of excitement after what happened to her friend "Maybe you have a chance Mina"

Shoto changed his clothes and left the Christmas hat on his bed, put on a black sweater, grabbed his backpack and put in the gift he had bought for his mother, left the dorms and walked to the hospital. He was walking under the snow for at least 40 minutes, his siblings had gone before and his father really had no idea if he had gone to see her, most likely not

When he arrived, he went right to the room where she was and saw that she was still awake, hugged her as usual and gave her the gift, she smiled and carefully opened it

"Wow, they're beautiful, thank you very much dear" Rei hugged him again, Shoto gave her a white jacket that had fur around the neck and on the wrists, along with a light blue scarf. Shoto helped her get out of bed to try on both clothes, she smiled when she saw that they both fit perfectly "I wish I had something for you Shoto"

"Don't worry mom" Shoto looked at his phone for a moment and then to Rei, got up and went to the door "I'll be back mom"

Rei nodded and saw Shoto leave and close the door, she kept seeing the jacket that was very hot, she heard how the door reopened, but she didn't see that the one who entered was not Shoto

Rei froze upon hearing that voice, slowly turning her gaze to see a young man with black hair, a large amount of burned skin attached with staples, the same height as Shoto, turquoise eyes, he was next to her youngest son and held a small bag, "¿T-Touya?" Her son now known as Dabi nodded, approached her slowly and she did not hesitate to hug him with great strength, several tears came out of her eyes and fell on his jacket "¿Is this a dream? ¿Is it really you?" Rei put her hands on his burned cheeks, she smiled not caring how her oldest son's skin felt

"I-I brought you this" Dabi gave her the bag, which was black, Rei held the bag even with a big smile that she hadn't shown for a long time and looked at the contents of it "I know it's not much, but ... "

"I love it" Rei held the small box of chocolates and a necklace that opened with a photo inside, which showed her and her 4 children "¿Did you do this Shoto?" Shoto nodded and Rei stretched her arm making him join the hug "If only Fuyumi and Natsuo were here"

"Maybe next time mom" Shoto said in the hug

The hours passed and Shoto left his mother with his older brother in a reunion that she would never have thought possible, he returned to the dorms where all the lights were already off, he believed that everyone was asleep, he entered and closed the door carefully do not make noise

Shoto put the scarf around his neck, which was quite soft and comfortable, a small smile formed on his face "Yes, I like it"

Mina gave a little giggle and kissed his cheek making him blush, then pointed at the mistletoe that hung over them
