'Oh Yuri hurry up, we're going to be late to the recital if you don't hurry up.' I shouted through to my best friend as I picked up my car keys, heading out the front door.

'Jia, how many times have you listened to this song today?' My friend asked as I sang along to one of my all time favourite songs "Pretty U" by Seventeen.

'You know only about 10 times... today.' I replied as I slowly turned to face her with a smirk on my face. I pulled into the parking lot of the theatre and we stepped out of the car. 'Do you think Mi Ran and Eun Ha are here yet?'

'They should be, they're the ones performing.' Yuri said as she pulled her cardigan closed. 'Why is it so fucking freezing today.'

'Well I mean we are forecast snow, so it is going to drop a little colder.' I say as we head into the building.

'Yeah but it's also supposed to warm up a bit, and I could have churned cream and made fresh ice cream out there.' Yuri laughed as she pulled her phone out of her pocket.

'Jia!' I heard someone shout as I turn around and see one of my best friends Park Mi Ran stood at the other end of the foyer waving frantically.

'Yuri, they're over there.' I say pointing to them. Choi Eun Ha another one of The Diplomats, our nickname for our friendship group as we had all got that category whilst taking a personality quiz, was also stood next to Mi Ran, they were both dressed in black skater style dresses with their hair both pinned to the one side.

'Hey guys, are you nervous?' Yuri asked as she was still scrolling through her phone.

'Well, I wasn't until you asked me that.' Eun Ha replied 'Also are we keeping you?'

Yuri looked up from her phone at this point. 'Huh? No, Seventeen are announcing a new concert soon and I don't want to miss the announcement.'

'We have to get tickets this time, I think Jia might actually die if she doesn't get to see Hoshi live.' Mi Ran piped as the final call for us to head into the auditorium.

The show was over as soon as we were inside, Mi Ran and Eun Ha did a perfect job performing and I'd offered to drop them home as they didn't live too far from us. As we waiting for them to join us outside I watched as a snowflake landed gently on the windscreen of my car. Shit, I've never driven in the snow I thought to myself.

'Jia, are you gonna be alright driving?' I heard Eun Ha say as she and my other friend climbed into the back of my little car.

Playing it cool, I nod slowly. 'Yeah I'll be fine, piece of cake.' I pull out of the lot and it's like the snow knew I wasn't that confident, it came down heavier than I had ever seen snow fall. I quickly turned my head to see if there was any traffic coming to the right of me and heard the worst screeching sound I think I've ever head and then it went black...
