Victim was found mutilated and disembodied. Body was found washed up by the Hudson River of New York City on March 28th 2015 at 2:47 P.M. The body was found with no traces of the murderer's whereabouts. The victim suffered from vaginal mutilation that is cut and sealed with stitches. Right arm is missing along with both legs. Head is still attached to the torso. Cuts and bruises frames around the eyes and lips, victim appears to be swollen and beaten to death. Lips are cut from both ends up to both ears which appears to force the victim to smile. Possibly tortured and raped before death. Parents of the victim couldn't identify their child but was able to identify the handmade star necklace the mother had made around her daughter's neck. Making further investigations with this case. No sign of killer.
