to my love,

I've decided to make you a collection of letters, so maybe one day, we can read them out to our children like bedtime stories. I don't know, maybe it's a silly idea but..
We can show them how effortlessly we loved, how strong we are and how beautiful it has become.
Maybe they'll be inspired and love someone as much as I love you,
or maybe they'll find the beauty in small things, like how you found the beauty in a rose on a sidewalk drenched in snow, in the middle of the night and laughed loudly declaring your love to me holding the busted up rose.
I think i'm just being silly but, i do truly hope to read these to our kids.
Today you took me out on a walk, it was just a small thing but I had fun every second of it, stepping in puddles and seeing that cute dog walk past.
And when you smiled at the older lady sitting on a bench, watching over her grandkids play on the wet play structure, their laughs seemed endless and the joy they contained easily starting up a conversation about when we were younger.
But for every second I was with you I couldn't help but look at every feature on your face like it was a sculpture in a museum.
It's so silly right, we've always been inseparable since we were little kids but i still find you the most beautiful piece of art to ever walk the earth.
To me, from the tip of your nose to the sharp edges of your jawline, you're beautiful.
Even on the days when your hair is a floppy mess and you barely want to get out of bed i find you oh so beautiful.
Oh how I love you, from the small kisses on my knuckles to the smiles shared under blankets when you decide to start a tickle war or our laughter clashing together like music in parking lots late at night, I love you.
You're calling me now, I think we are going on a drive! I have to go, so that's all I have to write for today.
