Not 15 minutes later he said “You’re going to be late~” and before anyone could say ''lickity split I was up, dressed, eating breakfast, and about to run out the door when pa yelled, “Wait! Prayers!” I promptly ran into my parents bedroom, knelt down, and said, “I’ll say it.” Said the prayer, and ran out the door.
