Beginning Of It All

        Avian, who had just moved from her old school Henry High, is starting her first day at her new school Foren High. Foren High is a school for people with unexplained powers. Avian was adouted at the age of 14. Her biological mom had Water, Beauty, and Super Human Endurance (exert oneself during activities and not get tired) powers and her father had Earth (control earth elements), Invisibility, and Intangibility (the ability to phase through solid matter without harm) powers. Because her parents had these powers she was very powerful and didn't know how to control it. Avian had the powers of; Mind Control, Omnilinguilism (the ability the understand and speak any form of language),  Vampirism (ability that is either is or can transform into a vampire).

        She always felt out of place at her old school, she hoped that this school would be different. She had no one to talk to at her old school, she felt alone and like she was nothing but a body taking up space. She had tried to hurt herself, but it had failed everytime. Just so she could feel something, she would cut. She always felt that something, like a piece, was missing and she was incomplete.

        She walk into to Foren High and the atmosphere was so diffrent from what she was use to. The lockers were diffrent and the walls had color to it, not plain ugly collor that most schools have. She made her way to her first class, Chemistry. She walked in and there was a lot of people sitting in their desks talking to each other. All the students turned their heads to Avian, who was in her school uniform. All Avian could do was stand their and fell inferior. She looked around and saw that all the students weren't wearing their uniforms. Right then, the teacher, Mr.Himble, walks in to see Avian in front and was intrigued by her. He staired at her for a while then he coughed and got the whole classes attenion. Everyone, even Avian turned and look at Mr. Himble. " Good morning class, I see are new student has found this class just fine" says Mr. Himble. "Would you please come here and introduce yourself." Avian walked up to her teacher and notice that he looked around 30 and was wearing a light blue shirt. Once she was stanging right besides Mr. Himble she said, " hi I am Avian Fohan and I just moved here from Henry High, nice to meet all of you." When she was done Mr. HImble assigned to a set in the back of the class next to a boy. She walked to the back of the class and sat down. She turned toward him and said, " hi I'm Avian. Whats your name?" He answered, " my name is Dave." 

        All through class she couldn't pay attenion, the reason for this is that she kept staring at Dave wondering what powers he had and if he is like her. Suddenly to class bell rang and everyone got up and left quikly except Dave. He was putting his books in his bag when Avian asked, "do you know were I can find Math?" He turned and said, "just fallow me,  I have that class next." Avian smiled, "thank you very much." Dave stare. They both left class, Dave in front and Avian trailing behind staring at the floor deep in thought when all of a sudden Dave said, "this is Math." Avian walked in after Dave and  yet agian had all eyes on her. She walk to an empty seat that was on the side next to the windows. The school bell rang and class started, Avian looked outside often. The teacher asked her to come to the front of the class and answer the question on the board.

        Avian walked to the board and started writting. After she was done she walked back to her desk and waited for what the teacher had to say. Mrs. Knoom stared in aw when she saw the board, she had put a problem that no one should know how to do. Mrs. Knoom said, 'that is very good Avian, but how did you do that? I am pretty sure that your old school did not teach you this and no one in here can answer this." Avian said, " I don't know I just started writting." Avian looked around and everyone was staring at her like she had purple hair. Mrs. Knoom asked, "would you mind seeing me after class, I will give you a pass?." Avian accepted and waited for the bell to ring.

        The school bell rang and Avian stood up from her seat and walked up to Mrs. Knooms desk. "I would like to give you this paper that has some questions on it. If you don't mind could you fill it out and give it back to me tomorrow before class?", said Mrs. Knoom. Avian stared at the paper for a secound then took it saying, "sure, I will get this back to you by the begining of class tomorrow. Mrs. Knoom smiled and asked, "do you have any questions?" Avian noded and said, "yes, what are to basics of this class?" Mrs. Knoom smiled agian and said, " in this class I grade you on how you behave and how you work. I do not torerate cheating, do you understand?" "Yes Mrs. Knoom", said Avian. The school bell rang. "Now heres your pass, get to your next class." Avian thanked Mrs. Knoom and walked out of the class room.

        Avian was tring to fing her next class, which was English. She turned into a hall and stoped to find two big kids and a smaller one. Sah walked up and said, "leave him alone!" The first jock turned around and said, "stay out of this girly. This does not concern you." Avian got furious at this and punched the first jock. The jock fell to the ground with a broken nose. The secound jock let go of the other boy and swung at her. She dogged it and hit him in the gut. The second jock fell to his nees tring to get his breathing back. Avian grabed the other boys hand and started running. 

        They got outside and they were panting from all the running. When they got their breath steady the boy introduced himself, "hi, my name is Mark." "My name is Avian." Avian looked at her watch and said, "Shouldn't we be getting to class?" Mark saw the time and agreed. Turns out that they ended up having the same class, Gym.

        They arived to the gym and Avian was greeted by Mr. Yoto, the Gym teacher. "Hello I am Mr. Yoto the Gym teacher, and who are you?" Avian answered, " It is nice to meet you Mr. Yoto, My name is Avian. I am the new student. Mr. Yoto just smiled and walked away after Avian was done talking. When class started Mr. Yoto said that they will be playing basketball. Soon the phone rings and Mr. Yoto needs to step out of the class for a little bit and said that we now could do whatever we wanted. Once Mr. Yoto was out of the room, everyone started mingling with each other. All of a sudden a girl with wavy blond hair and brown eyes said, "Umm excuse me but your in my spot." Avian looked up and saw the girl standing in frount of her. The girl had her head on her himp and her weight was shifted to one side, "I'm sorry, I didn't know." The girl laughted and said, "Well my name is Hanna and I am the most popular girl in this school. So if I was you, I wouldn't test my patients." Soon there were 12 other girls behind her and they were closing in on Avian. Avian Got up and quickly moved out of the way of the girls. Hanna laughted and said, "Thats a good girl." 

        After school ended, She went home. When she walked through the door her mom asked from the kitchen, " how was school hon. Did you make any friends?" " School was fine and there is this one boy but were not friends, I just helped him with something." Her mom stands in the kitchen doorway, "are you hungry, I can make you something?" "No I'm fine mom, but thanks." Avian felt bad for not telling her mom everything. Avian walk upstairs to her bedroom and closed the door behind her. "God, why am I so tired?" Avian dropped her dag next to her desk and went to her closet. She pulled out a tanktop and some Pj shorts. she started taking off her cloths when she looked in the mirror. When Avian was younger, she was abused by her birth parents. They would always party and when Avian would walk in the living room and they would be doing something. She would sometimes get hint be a pan or get cut with glass. Avian had bruises all over her back and a couple on her stomach. The worse one was the cut that started from her belly button and it went up all the way to her back. She got this when her dad threw a glass lamp at her. Avian that she had all of these brushies. She never went swimming cuz the first time she did when getting adouted, she was being staried and and some of the kids wanted to be around her. 

        After she got dressed, she went to her desk and pulled her homework that Mrs. Knoom gave her. She got done with the homework faster then she though. Once she had her things back in her backpack she took out computer, that she got for her 16th bitherday, and checked her email.She opened her email and there was nothing in her inbox so she logged off and closed her computer. She got up out of her chair and walk to the bathroom to take out her contacts. Once she was done she walk to her bed and crawled into bed and leaned over to turn off the lamp.
