In The Woods

        Avian was running through the woods. She had this feeling free and invincible. She just kept running, feeling the wind on her face. She rounded a tree and stoped to see Dave. Avian gasped in surprise to see Dave staring right at her. Dave started walking towards her and Avian slowly started to walk backward. Within 4 steps Dave had closed the gap between the two of them. Avian could feel Daves breath on her forehead. Avian looked up the saw into Daves eyes, which were a beautiful green color. 

        Avian was startled by Daves voice that said,  "please still remember me, please." Avian didn't know what he meet by this. "Did we meet when we were younger?", asked Avian. Dave frowned at that and siad, " I was afriad that you wouldn't rember me." Avian stared at his face and wondered whet he was talking about. Dave started walking away from Avian when all of a sudden smoke was surounding them. "Damn I should have made sure no one was around" said Dave. "Whats going on" asked Avian. Dave ran back to Avian and grabed her hand. He started toward were Avian had just came from. "We need to get out of here fast Avian." They were running with Dave infront and Avian behind. They were running so fast the Avian lost her footing and fell. Luckly Dave still had her hand in his and pulled her up quicklyand stared to carry her in his arms. Everything happened so fast that it took Avian a little bit to figure it out. When she relized what happened she looked up into his eyes and was lost.

         Soon they were out of the woods and was a mile from the fire. Dave let Avian down and said, "sorry", and backed away from her. Avian was a little disappointed that Dave let her down. She wanted to be held in his arms forever. She felt secured and the nothing could touch her and bring them apart, but when he let go, she felt empty. Avian wanted to grab Dave's arms and rap herself back in them. Dave saw the look on her face and wanted to just hold her forever, he just pretend he didn't notice. 

        Avian was staring at the sky by now. The stars were starting to show and they looked so pretty. Dave saw that Avian was looking at them and just stared at her in aw. After what seemed like an hour they both looked at each other. Avian was admiring Daves' green eyes. Dave, however, was wondering how long it would be until they were together again. THey were disrupted by smoke coming out of the woods. Avian started running forgetting that Dave was there until Dave said, "HELP".
