You watched Louis as he closed the door of the carriage that his brothers rode, William and Albert nodded at the both of you and waved goodbye as the carriage started to move and travel to the city of London for William wanted to visit a friend.
Louis mouthed 'take care' as he looked at his brothers waving at the both of you. The carriage is now out of sight, you invited Louis to get back inside the Moriarty mansion.
You held his shoulders from the back and guided him to sit on the luxurious sofa in the living room. After he relaxed his body and elevating his foot on the mini table, you went to the kitchen and decided to get some tea for him.
You thought Louis has been very industrious in maintaining the house and serving his brothers eversince, you also think his devotion to his older brothers is amazing. This time it is finally your turn to take responsibility and take care of him, even just for the meantime while his brothers are away.
Carrying the tea tray, you walked back to the living room only to find a sleeping Louis. He was sitting but his eyes are closed, and his hands are crossed to support his body from falling, you can hear his soft breathing. You were sure that he was exhausted from consistently walking and preparing for his brothers' departure.
You smiled at how adorable he looked despite the black expensive suit he's wearing. You placed the tea tray beside the table and sat down on another chair near the sofa that Louis is sitting.
You took your time to stare and admire him solemnly, you leaned on your hands and appreciated the details of his face from a distance for minutes.
As a cautious person he always was, he felt someone staring at him and slowly opened his eyes, exactly laying it on you. You chuckled at his action, he titled his head a bit as he realized and smiled back at you. He signaled and tapped his hand beside the sofa, telling you to sit right beside him.
You stood up and moved next to him. When you finally sat down he encircled his arm around your shoulder and you rest your head on him.
The both of you remained silent as you watched the mesmerizing view of the sun slowly setting and the birds flying. It was peaceful, very nostalgic. It seems like everything is perfect, especially this man beside you.
You looked up at him only to meet the scarlet red eyes of the blond already staring at you. You smiled and raised your hand to brush his smooth hair, touch his face, and caress his scar slowly with your thumb, the scar on his cheeks of which he inflicted on his self when they burned down and killed the entire Moriarty in order to make a realistic way of them surviving.
He let you stare at him not worrying about being judged, because he knows you won't and he feels safe with you.
Louis leaned down closer and you closed your eyes as you felt his soft lips kiss your forehead, he did it as if you were the most fragile thing in the world.
He was always sweet and gentle to you up to this day, one of the things you love about him. He's everyday busy in assisting his brothers and taking over the house but he gave you his remaining times and never failed to make you feel loved, you understand him and that's what made your relationship last long.
The orange rays of the sunset reflected on Louis' face, making his pretty innocent eyes shine and his face crystal clear. The fresh wind blew his hair, it made him look way more magical.
"I love you." he sincerely said. Those words made you speechless, Louis is a type of guy who expresses his love with quality time and act of service. You have already heard those words from him but not often because he prefers spending time with you and that is his love language.
It made you feel extremely happy, assured, and contented. You hugged and gazed at him with full affection, letting him know he means so much to you and replied,
"I love you too, my Louis James Moriarty."
