Jotun Thorki: Lost Prince

It's a deal then

"I want you to bring me prince Loki of Jotunheim." Huld said with an evil smirk on her face, then she continued: "But he must be unharmed, he cannot loose a single drop of blood."

When Frigga heard that, she immediately knew why the witch wanted the prince, she couldn't let that happen. "No! You can't do that! That's disgusting, only monster would do that!" The queen screamed at the dark individual.

"Frigga, you know that I can be a monster without problem, besides it's either the prince or your son." The all-mother and the witch had a staring competition full of hate while Odin looked confused. But he didn't care what this was about, he'll do anything to save his son so he said: "I'll do it, I will bring prince Loki to you and you will save Thor."

Now both pair of eyes were on him and he definitely didn't like how Frigga's shocked face turned into angry one, that's rare. On the other hand Huld was smirking triumphantly as she held out her hand for the king to shake. He did as she wanted and when he touched her hand, he could feel the dark magic going through her veins, then the dark witch said: "It's a deal then."

And then she disappeared in a black mist. Frigga looked at her husband angrily asked him: "Why the hell did you do that?! Have you lost your mind?!" And then she stormed out of the room slamming the door behind her with her magic. Leaving the confused king alone.

Frigga was alone in her garden. Yes she wanted to save her son, but she didn't want to let someone do something so disgusting to anyone, no one deserved such horrible fate.

"Mother, why are you crying, did something happen to Thor?" The sound of Balder's voice got her out of her thoughts and made her realise that she was indeed crying. And then the all-mother realised what her son asked her and answered: "No, nothing worse happened since he fell unconscious again, actually your father found a way to save him."

Balder's face light up when he heard that, his little brother will be safe. "But that's amazing news, so why are you crying?" The prince of Asgard asked his mother, who just looked into distance and then moved so that he could sit next to her on bench. He did as she wanted and then she started speaking again.

"The reason why I'm crying is that the price to save Thor is very expensive and disgusting. Your father called the exiled witch to save your brother and in exchange for that she wants prince Loki, unharmed, he can't loose single drop of blood." The prince was puzzled, he didn't know what that meant, it definitely was wrong, yes, but why was it disgusting?

"When I was young, I wanted to learn every form of magic and I did something stupid, I read the book of dark magic. I closed it after reading few spells, they were really disgusting. One of those spells was blood exchange spell. This spell can give you the power of others, in order for it to work you need to drink the blood of the person whose power you want, all of it, you can't loose a single drop of blood."

When Frigga was done speaking, Balder had no idea what to say, so he just pulled her in hug and thought about what she said. After long silence he asked: "What can we do to prevent it from happening?" The queen of Asgard just shook her head and said: "Nothing, Odin already made his promise to her, she can save Thor, but she can also kill him without any problem."

Loki and Hela were training when suddenly guards of Jotunheim run to them. "Your majesty! We finally found you! We have to take you to the castle now." One of them informed them, Loki looked at them and then said: "Alright, but she is coming with me," then he turned to the hybrid, "come on."

The prince of Jotunheim started walking in the direction of the castle with Hela following right after, while the guards tried to figure out if their prince really just said 'she'.

"I thought you were supposed to take me to the castle, but you're just standing there." The magician told the guards while a slight smirk played on his lips. The guards quickly catched up and walked after them.

"Loki! Where were you? We were so worried about you!" Farbauti screamed as he pulled his son towards him, hugging him. "Why should I tell you where I go, when you obviously don't tell me anything."

"Are you still angry about Thor?" The queen of Jotunheim asked. The small jotun looked at him, shook his head and answered: "No, this isn't only about Thor." He could see that his mother had no idea what's happening, but that was part of his plan, kind of.

"THIS IS ENOUGH! LOKI YOU RUN AWAY WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION AND YOU LED YOUR BROTHERS TO REBELLION!" Laufey screamed at him, making everyone flinch, everyone but Loki and Farbauti, who looked unamused. "And since when am I not allowed to leave castle. Also from what I've heard you weren't any better, actually you were much worse."

Now this made everyone look at him with shocked expression. "Now I believe it would be better if we spoke without all the guards here, don't want them to know anything too personal about the king of Jotunheim." Loki said and looked at his father, daring him to do something else than he said.

Laufey looked at Loki and when he saw the determined look in his eyes he decided to send the guards out. Loki smirked and motioned for Hela to come next to him and said: "Mother, father, let me introduce you to Hela, princess of Asgard and Jotunheim. Daughter of Laufey and Odin, but I believe you already know her."

Both of the royalties were looking at them in shock. The first one to react was Laufey. He stood up and went to them, his eyes were soft and full of mix of sadness and happiness and Loki could swear that he saw tears rolling down his face. "Hela?" It was just a mere whisper, as if he was scared that it was just a dream and if he was gonna talk any louder he's gonna wake himself up.

"Hi..." Hela also whispered and then Laufey pulled her into hug, letting himself cry while repeating to her over and over again: "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." The hybrid was at first surprised, but she hugged him back  and answered with: "It's alright, I know why you left me, I'm not angry with you."

In the background Loki and Farbauti were standing next to each other watching the scene infront of them. "You found Ahtohallan, didn't you?" Loki just nodded and kept looking at his father and Hela. "I know everything, I know about norns, Frigga, Heimdal, the prediction, the curse that was put on Thor, what's your place in this whole thing and much more."

Farbauti looked at him with a shocked look, "Ahtohallan doesn't give so many informations without praise, so, you dived too deep, even though I varned you so many times." The prince of Jotunheim didn't want to deal with that, so he said: "I'm tired, I'll go to my room." And he bowed and walked away.

Laufey and Hela spent the whole day together, talking about everything and nothing, catching up and creating a new bond between each other.

"LOKI!!" Screamed a familiar voice, Helbindi, who just heard that his brother came back. He slid on the floor and stopped right before his older brother and kneeled before him to lower height difference, and started asking: "Are you alright? Did you find what you wanted? I'm sorry I couldn't help you more...."

The other jotun was rambling about how he was scared that he screwed it all up, so the older prince hugged him and thanked him. Then he heard a very loud bark, one that couldn't come from any other creature, before the magicians could react, he was under a big black wolf, that was licking his face.

"Fenrrir, it's great to see you too." In that one moment everything seemed normal, but when he got the big wolf off of himself, there was no Thor to smile at him as well. No Thor to hug him, to kiss him...

He hugged himself around his belly and looked sadly outside. He had to save Thor, not only for himself, he had to save him for them.

What's happening? What does that mean? What's gonna happen next? I hope you liked this story and that you're just as exited to find out. To be honest, I have no idea what's gonna happen. This is not how I planed this story to go, last chapter was supposed to be one of the last, but then I got a new idea and now I'm making parts of story as I go.
