Chapter 2

Abbi's POV:
I woke up the next morning and looked at Hannah. I'm really going to miss that personality of hers. I hope I would be able to find people like her in Nebraska. I snapped out of my thoughts and picked up my pink iPhone 5c, to see what time it was.

"Holy crap!!!!" I screamed
"What happened?" Hannah said terrified
"It's 11:46! I had to be home at 9 to help finish pack." I said panicky
"Ok bye" Hannah said as she quickly went back to sleep.

I grabbed all of my belongings and rushed out the door. I called my mom, I explained that we over slept and that I am on my way home. I just hoped that I wasn't going to be in trouble.
I started my lime green slug bug and went on my way. When I got home I tried to explain to my mom what happened, she told me that it was alright and to just go to my room and start packing all of my stuff into boxes and then into the moving truck. I walked to my room and plopped down onto my bed. All I did was lay there and stared at the wall, studying every little thing. I sure was going to miss this place, I lust hope that Omaha will have better things planned for me. But why? I thought, why am I always the one that has to move? Maybe, just maybe, something lucky will happen to me....

Katie's (Abbi's mom) POV:
I really actually fell bad for Abbi, she has moved schools 4 times in the past 5 years. So since tomorrow was the big move I decided to text Hannah and ask is she wanted to come have dinner with us. I'm going to tell her to keep it a secret, I wanted it to be a surprise for Abbi.

Katie: Hey Hannah, I was wandering if you would like to come over for dinner?
Hannah: Sure, I would love to! What time?
Katie: Around 6, just don't tell Abbi, I want it to be a surprise.
Hannah: ok! See you then!

Katie's POV:
Tonight I'm making pasta with meatballs. That has always been the girls favorite meal, because that's what they had when they first met. It was 5:30 and Abbi was still in her room packing while I made dinner. Abbi soon came out and was complaining about something, but all I could think of was the pressure of moving. Soon Hannah arrived and Abbi could not have been happier.

Abbi's POV:

OMG!!! My mom secretly invited Hannah over for dinner. This was going to be the last time for awhile. My mom even made our favorite meal! I was all excited until I realized that tomorrow is the big day.... The day I moved to Omaha, Nebraska.
After we ate I still had to pack. So that meant that me and Hannah has to say our goodbyes. We both started crying, we were both a mess. I went back to my room and soon finished packing. My dad took my bed, dressers, and room decor to the moving truck. I still had to get a bag ready for the airport tomorrow. So I packed; a change of clothes, phone charger, laptop, and a few other things. By then my room was completely empty. My dad had brought me a sleeping bag and a pillow. I went on my phone for a few minutes, but then drifted off into a deep deep sleep. Tomorrow was a big day....

(A.N. - Sorry I haven't been updating lately, I've been really busy with volleyball and dance. And I have a lot of chapters done but they just need to be typed. But I love you guys. And today is a fucking snow day!! Hell yeah!😂
