Josie woke up to the sound of a dramatic cough. It was that awkward cough you would do to try and catch someone's attention, and that's what she assumed Freya wanted. She sat up and turned around to find Freya with her arms crossed. Was she mad Josie came down here? Oh god, was she going to be murdered or worse, tortured? She eventually stood up but kept her eyes looking down. She mumbled a "sorry" before looking back at Hope.

"You slept down here" Josie knew it was a question, but it felt more like a statement. She just nodded. Josie had started to feel a tiny bit more comfortable around the Mikaelson although, that probably wasn't smart. Freya walked past Josie and leaned down near Hope, moving the hair out of her face.

Freya was now standing up, facing back at the brunette. "How come the two times my niece has been in trouble, you've been involved?" This question felt like a dagger to the heart. She didn't blame Freya for being cold towards Josie but, it still hurt. Even though she knew she tried to stop Hope from saving her, she was stubborn. Must run in the family. Josie could feel Freya's eyes staring intensely at her, awaiting her response.

"She likes to save me" Josie couldn't help but scoff at her own comment. Freya let out a little laugh. Josie decided to ask, "Is that a common Mikaelson trait?"

It took Freya a few moments before replying, Josie assumed she was thinking about it. "I guess you could say that. Either we were saving each other or at each other's throats" That didn't surprise Josie at all, she'd read about them and heard stories from her dad. She actually somewhat admired how close their family was, how much they would do for each other.

"Anyways, I need you to tell me everything that happened at breakfast" god, this whole fairytale story was probably going to sound ridiculous to Freya.

They both paused for a moment, looking down at Hope before Freya closed the coffin. They then walked back up to their dining room. Josie was surprised at how good the food looked. She thought she would be fed breadcrumbs or something. She sat down opposite Freya, avoiding eye contact. She was hoping Freya's wife Keelin, would be home. Maybe she would be a better company?

"You can eat, you don't have to wait for permission" Josie couldn't help but smile, she felt a bit more comfortable now. She began to fill her place with pastries.

"So, what happened?" Josie paused for a moment, unsure of how to explain it without it sounding completely absurd.

"I was possessed by dark magic. When I was trying to merge with my sister, Hope got inside of my head. She was trying to wake me up and save me but, the dark version of me turned Hope into stone. When I finally defeated the dark me, I woke up but Hope didn't" Josie, couldn't help but lower her head. The guilt was washing over her now, she would've preferred Hope waking up than herself. She didn't feel the need to explain about her being a pig or Hope being little red riding hood.

Freya pauses for a few moments before resuming to the conversation, "Have you tried anything to wake her up?" Josie just shook her head.

"The only ideas I had were coming to you or activating her vampire side" Josie was now pouting, feeling completely useless.

"Well, I'm glad you came to me" This made Josie feel a bit better, she knew she had made the right decision, but others disagreed. She smiled at Freya, and to her surprise, it was returned.

After that, they both went to go, get ready. Josie changed into a navy jumper that had a white collared shirt under and a yellow skirt. She also wore a matching yellow ribbon on the top of her shirt.

Once she was finally finished getting dressed, she headed to the bathroom to finish up before heading back downstairs to meet Freya. Once she arrived downstairs into the main compound area, she saw they had moved Hope's body there. Josie could see Freya moving around, placing candles and other spell necessities around. She still had no idea what Freya's plan was.
