Why me? Chapter 11

Anna's POV
Okay today I'm on a practice for the singing thing. Danielle & I have to choose a song. Better head to the studio.

"Hey Dani!" I said as I hugged her
"Hi Annie, ready to do this?" She asked me.
"I'm not sure.." I said a bit concerned.
"Look, everything is going to go perfectly fine." She said as she headed inside the booth to practice.
"Okay" I said "What are we doing now?" I asked the music teacher that was there with us.
"You two are going to show me what your voice can do. So we can choose a song that will suit your voice" Teacher said "Umm.. Ok" I said "Danielle will go first" She said pointing at Dani that was in the booth.
Dani started warming up her vocal cords. And then she started to sing.
Her voice was so beautiful. How am I suppose to compete with that?! Why me?! Why me..

Dani finished her song. now it was my turn to show the teacher, my voice. No one has ever heard me sing, that is because I'm a REALLY shy person. So yeah, I'm just hoping for the best.
The song I chose to sing to show my voice was "Thinking out loud" I really do enjoy this song. The teacher told me to just sing the chorus 2 times and that was enough. So I warmed up my vocal chords and started to sing.

And maybe we found love right were we are.-

The teacher started to clap. I was confused. I hadn't finish.
"What the-" I was interupted by the teacher
"Okay Anna, that was enough. You are amazing!!"
"Well, Thanks I guess.."
"Okay briliant, Now, Danielle, you will sing 'Pass me by' by R5"
"Nice!" Danielle said with a smile
"And Anna, you will sing 'Just give me a reason' by P!nk"
"Sure, I love that song" I said excited
"You girls need to come here tomorow to practice" The teacher said
"Sure" Me & Danielle answered at the same time.
"Oh yea, one more thing, this singing contest ir challenge, or what you girls want to call it, will be really important because 1 it is your final music test and 2 you guys will performe it at the music hall in front of the school!!"
She said really excited.
"What?!" I asked her surprized
"Yep, the second one was a surpize!!"
"That is really awesome!" Danielle said happy
"Umm I don't know about that.," I said a bit worried. I mean, I just got into all this singing thing, and now I'm going to perform it in front of the school?! That scalated really quick.
"Okay then.."
"Okay girls you may go home now! See ya two tomorow evening Okay?"
"Okay" I said
"Okay" Dani said
And with that, we were in to practice tomorow and next week performe it..
