Harley Quinn is one of my favourite villains/antiheroes and I got HW to make my illustration so I did this (UvU)
Also this version of Harley is from film 'Suicidal Squad'. Im saying this cuz if you are like me (don't watching or reading DC too much) there are comics, serials, films and lot of more where she appears.
