As Naomi was walking into the Salvatore household to meet her best friend Stefan Salvatore her water suddenly broke,
"My water broke"
Damon and Stefan stood up out of the chairs and came over the pregnant woman the both helped her walk over to the sofa and layed her down.
"We're to far from the hospital,you will have to give birth here"as Stefan was helping her Damon was calling Caroline
"Caroline,Naomi is in labour get over here now". " I'm coming over now"
Suddenly Caroline burst through the door and ran over to her twin sister
"It's alright Naomi I'm right here you just need to push"Naomi began pushing.
Two minutes later the baby came out but Naomi wasn't waking up .
Stefan and Damon tried giving her blood but it wasn't working.
"She can't be dead she didn't even get to meet her baby she didn't get to name it .Noooooo!!" Caroline said sobbing
Suddenly Naomi gasped.
"Your alive"Caroline said " but how"
"Im a vampire "
"But how you didn't have any vampire blood in your system"Stefan said
"I don't know" " all I wanna do is see my baby" Caroline came in holding the baby and gave the baby to Naomi " what are you gonna name her".
