Endymion POV
Good day to you all. I am his Royal Majesty, Prince Endymion the Third of Sylios. Well, nearly everyone knows who I am. I am the next in line to a throne of royalty after all. But that is just a title. Sadly, as the Crowning Prince, I am bored as always. I have always been trapped in this palace for all my life, for the last 2,830 years since my mum and dad usurped the throne, I have been in the same place. Always in my room with the same people all the time. While I seem to have it all since I am the Prince of Light, I am locked up in a palace. I am told what to do every day by my family. What to say, what to eat, what to drink, what to wear, even what to do. I was and always will be, their puppet.
I have never gone against their words directly due to my loyalty to my family. My triplet brothers are the only ones that speak with me in this place, we all want the same thing. To leave this palace, but we can't. But, there are nicer things in the palace than outside, like the perfect marble stoned walls, the pearly crystal floors, the many statues of our family, the streams of water that fill the palace moats and the grounds, the pine and oak trees, and the sweet moonlight that fills the rooms every night. Everyone in the palace always agreed that it was a haven for us. But was it really? What is a haven without the freedom to be yourself?
I walked to my training room with my brothers, both of them just giggling like little girls. As much as I didn't want to hurt or even fight with them, I wanted so badly to punch them so hard, they may be family, but they get on my nerves. "Endymion? Should we get some food to eat?" Hyde asked as I pulled out a Zexal Medallion with my Golden Crystal. Yeah, another thing about me, I owned many trinkets from the old predecessors, like the Golden Crystal of Old and the Zexal Medallion.
I turned to Hyde with a blank face and my eyes narrowing at him. "Why eat now brother? We are not to eat in the Sacred Training Room of King Elytra. The Great Palace of the Kurani is supposed to be a sacred place where we fight and live out our lives in glory. But... Mother didn't make me any food for lunch yet. Hmmm? Take a Crystal Glove and be sure to not die. I want a steak." I reprimanded and opened the door to the training room. Everything was still in its place and the floor was still charred from my foxfire. "As you wish brother." Hyde replied and ran out with the glove and some money.
Phi followed me and locked the door behind us. "Forgive him, brother. A brother who is has been diagnosed with Twilight Blood is quite annoying. But with our status, I understand your pain, my brother." Phi added and bowed to me. "Do not worry about Hyde. He is like me when we were young. Born to be perfect yet psychotic. But we must wait for his return." I replied and let the pendent glow gold as I made a small part of the floor rise to sit.
"Don't be mean, brother. Sit with me, are we not expected to wait for our brother." I joked and watched Phi smirk while he sat cross-legged on the floor in front of me. Well... I guess it has started. The beginning of... The New World.
Sorite POV
Good day. I am her Royal Majesty, Princess Sorite the Eighth of Chyrine. Well, nearly everyone knows who I am. But. I. Am. So. Fricking. Bored. I have been waiting for 3 days for anything, fricking anything to happen. But nothing happens. I mean, being the new Imperial Chyrine Princess is so boring. All I get to do is watch people with all the universe at their disposal and they just destroy it. While I am forced to sit in the throne room and watch my brothers and sister just having fun.
For context, I am just the apparent youngest Princess of Chyrine, and now I am the fourth in line since my brothers and now sister is next in line. I really have to get out more and marry someone powerful. That is my dream, to marry a nice man who would look after me and care for me while taking me around the world. "Sorite?! Can you come here quickly?" My sister Asuka screamed, her sultry yet high voice echoing the room. I ran to her bedroom to see her hand me a long list of things and a thin stack of money.
