(Izuku's POV)

I woke up the next morning feeling excited! I was going to America! I got out of bed and got ready for the plane. After I was ready me and my mom got in the car and went to the airport! The only thing I was sad about is that I won't see my friends for who knows how long.

I was asl studying all night long so I could know as much sign as possible. I have gotten really good at signing over the past month. I am almost fluent in it now, though there are still some words I don't know. I walked up to the front gate of the school, took a deep breath, and entered. I went to the office and asked for my class and schedule. The woman gladly gave it to me. I was in class 1-A again. I guess the recommendation from U.A. paid off. I rang the bell. The teacher opened the door and smiled at me. He signed for me to come in. I walked in and stood at the front of the classroom. 'Hi, my name is Izuku Midoriya. I am 15 years old. What do you want to know about me?' I asked. Everyone raised their hands. I pointed to a girl with purple hair and eyes. 'Me?' she signed. 'yes' 'What is your quirk?' 'My quirk is called superpower. You will see it when we train.' she nodded her head to my response. I pointed to a boy with red hair. 'How did you become deaf? Everyone has a story, even if it's boring.' I didn't want to answer this one but I did it anyway. They will find out sooner or later. 'I became deaf 2 months ago, when a friend, well not so much a friend more of a rival, blew up my ears after a training exercise and loosing.' 'Wow. Really?' he asked 'yep. I haven't forgiven him. If it wasn't for my mom finding this school, my dreams of being a hero would've been crushed.' as I looked around everyone had disgusted or angry faces, even though I didn't even know these people's names. 'wait' signed a girl with pink hair, 'you signed U.A. as in the most prestigious hero school in japan?!?! 'yes. I was in class 1-A.' everyone's faces went from disgusted to shocked really quick. 'NO WAY!' signed the girl with pink hair. 'way'. 'That is so cool! Your quirk must be really powerful then!' 'It is' I signed. 'Ok izuku go take your seat.' 'yes sir.'

When the bell flashed signaling that it was lunch, I packed up my stuff, but before I walked out, the people who asked me questions walked up to me and introduced themselves. 'Hi! My name is Candace!' said the girl with pink hair. 'my name is jack!' 'my name is lavender!' 'lucas' 'Hi!' 'we were wondering if you wanted to sit with us at lunch today!?' Lavender signed to me. 'Sure! I would love that!' I followed them out of the classroom to the cafeteria. It was a relatively big room. There were only about 300 students in the whole school. They are all from different courses. We got in line to get food. While we were getting food we were chatting about different things. When we sat down at the table how I became deaf came up in conversation again.' Do you think you could tell us more about how you became deaf? It's ok if you don't want to talk about it.' Signed Candace.' No it's ok. Basically a hot-headed ex-friend turned bully, turned rival; blew up my ears after I won a training exercise. He's always been a sore loser.' 'Omg! That's awful! I was just born deaf. So I don't really know how you feel or how it is to hear.' Signed lavender. As lunch went by we got to be really good friends. After lunch we had hero training for the rest of the day. We put on our costumes and got to the arena. I decided to change my costume from what I had so I could feel like it was a new start.

I walked out onto the arena. The teacher said we were going to do singular training. Someone put up walls so we could work individually. We each got a robot to fight.
I got into a steady fighting stance and tried to power up one for all only to realize it didn't work. I started to get scared. As I was messing around to try to get it to work, a green glow enveloped the robot and it started to float and it followed wherever I pointed. I ran to the teacher and signed frantically 'CAN I MAKE S CALL PLEASE?!?!' I think he saw how frantic I was and signed yes.
I ran to the locker room and called all night on FaceTime since I can't hear him. I have kept him updated on me and he even learned sign language for me! It rang twice before he picked up. 'Hi young midoriya!... WHAT WRONG ARE YOU OK?!?! He saw me pacing and frantic. I turned to face the camera ne signed-' ONE FOR ALL ISN'T WORKING!!!!' 'WHAT HOW!!! ' I CAN NOW MOVE THINGS WITH MY MIND!!!' 'WHAT?!?! Oh... wait... one for all probably awoke a dormant quirk in you and enhanced it. That's why you now have telekinesis. You did have a quirk all along it was dormant.' 'Oh... really?' 'Yes I think so. Is there something there you could try to lift?' I looked around and saw a mug on the bench. I grabbed it and set it infront of all might. I tried to lift it with my mind and it worked! I looked up surprised. All might had a happy look on his face. I thanked him for helping me and we ended the call.
I went back to class and worked on my telekinesis. I worked on it for the rest of class. When class ended we all walked back to the locker room and I told my friends to forget I said superpower and said I have telekinesis. I told them I got the signs mixed up. They said ok. When I was down changing I waved goodbye to my friends and went home. I think that my first day went well!
