The Delusory Ice Wall

The explosion was so big that it took half of Hai Kuan's big room because it wasn't that far, the guards and everyone gathered around the place to see what happened after an emergency in the palace.

"Why so noisy? What's going on outside?". Yibo asked as he wanted to leave the bed, but Xiao Zhan didn't allow him.

"I don't know, I will go and check, you stay here and lock the door". Yibo holds his arm tightly.

"No, I Will Go With You! Kuan-Ge in Danger!".

"You Also in Danger!".

"Then Stay With Me!". Xiao Zhan frowned at him.

"I Need To Go And Check On Jiang Cheng!".

"I Want To Check On Kuan-Ge Too!". Xiao Zhan takes a deep breath and sits on the floor as he can't feel his legs carrying him anymore, he is so worried about his brother, but he can't leave Yibo alone too.

"Zhuo Cheng.....". Yibo looks at him and gets down from his bed to sit next to him.

"I know how you feel, but if you believe in him then he is fine, stay here to protect me until they come to us, or let's go together". He said and Xiao Zhan closed his eyes tightly and nodded.

Hai Kuan opened his eyes and held his ached head, he couldn't hear and see clearly because the explosion was so close to them, he tried to move, but he couldn't get away from the tight hug.

"J-Jiang Cheng....". He shakes him but no response.

"Jiang Cheng....Can you hear me??". He said louder but still no response. He pushes him away lying beside him, he looks at his face but does not react.

"Wake up....can you hear me?". He pats his cheek slowly as he tries to stay calm, but seeing the blood running from his head makes him panic.

"Prince Hai Kuan! Are You Ok?!!". The guards came and Hai Kuan shouted at them.

"C-Call the doctor hurry". He said as he didn't take his eyes away from the unconscious Zhuo Cheng.

"Jiang Cheng please....wake up, open your eyes, open your eyes please". He said panicky as he started shaking and sweating, the doctor came and Hai Kuan ordered him to treat Jiang Cheng first, he sat away and held his shaking hands together.

Xiao Zhan who was next to Yibo looked outside nervously, his heart was beating fast and he was shaking like hell as he heard the guards shouting all over the place "The Prince is Hurt!", what about his brother??

He stands up and sits again while taking deep breaths, seeing that Yibo hold his hand and lets him sit near him on the bed.

"Wei WuXian.....You and Jiang Cheng are related, right?". Xiao Zhan looked at him and nodded as his tears started falling.

"B-Brothers". Yibo frowned as he didn't expect them to be brothers, he tighter the hold on his hand and smiled at him.

"Go...You can go and see him".

"What about you?". Yibo stood up and shrugged his shoulders.

"I will lock the door as you said, the window is protected too, so don't worry, I'm not that weak too". Xiao Zhan nodded and rushed out.

He arrived at the room and frowned to see it almost destroyed near the window side. He looked around and saw Hai Kuan in the corner with the doctor, he rushed to sit next to his brother and hold his hand.
