"Get the fuck out, now!" He yelled, pointing towards the door but, as I stood up Alicia grabbed my hand, forcing me to sit down on the furniture.

"She's not going anywhere! May I remind you that I own fifty percent of this business!" She spat, sending daggers to the man who had recently walked in, his breathing was heavy and his face, red as tomato, he reminded me so much of Elijah that it frighten me.

"I don't give a fuck, I do not want this piece of shit here." He yelled, pointing at me. Alicia growled standing up letting go of my hand, "Damien, I fucking swear! Call her a piece of shit one more time! I fucking dare you!" She hissed, using a strand of her hair to tie her entire head into a cute pony tail, rolling up her sleeves before carefully removing the rings on her ears, nose and lastly eyebrow.

I lowered my head, tears clouding my vision as the two continued arguing, the rest of her friends joined in, it did hurt...it did hurt to know that you weren't wanted in a place you love. It was weird how, I loved this place but in reality, Alicia made me love it, the way she spoke about it, the way her eyes glistened whenever she spoke about this, it was beautiful.

"It's fine Alicia, I'll leave." I spoke out, fisting my dirty skirt in hand as I told her this. Leaving would mean, ending our friendship and she was my friend and my shot of ever getting back on my feet but, in a way it felt weird to use her like that, I wouldn't use this friendship as an excuse to find myself in a comfortable home, I wasn't a manipulative jerk.

My family were...

"No Twilight! You're not going anywhere, you're going to eat the pastries, Damien bought and you'll love it before I show you how I really do tattoos on people!" She stomped, folding her arms like a kid as she pouted like one to. Her personality was something beyond extraordinary, in my eyes she was hilarious but if we had met, while I still lived the highlife, I and that goes for my family would think she was mentally disturbed before we'd write her a check to fix the loosen screws in her head.

"Okay." I shrugged, loosening the grip on my skirt, raising my head up with a smile as her entire mood changed. "Okay? As in you're not leaving?" She asked.

"If that's okay with you Alicia."

"Ahhh! You should try this!" She squealed, jumping in the air before rushing towards the white paper bag, carefully opening the bag before she pulled out small grey boxes.
I couldn't, ignore the gazes of all six of these huge men, their angry glares would have been enough to make my bladder burst and allowing, urine to trail down my thighs if Alicia wasn't in the room.

I rubbed my arm, ridding my body from the cold atmosphere of this shop, it wasn't moment later when my tummy moved, I gasped in shock, placing my right hand on my belly as I stroked it. It was funny, how I clearly remembered, from the last check I had that I was four months along and yet, I was enormous, like buffalo enormous. Now I think of it, I look more like eight months but I was four, that I was certain.
Getting bigger and bigger, with every passing day did frighten me, I didn't want to give birth in a dark alley....I just didn't want that but, pride held me back from ever going back to my parents house.

"Here you go."

Snapping out of my thoughts, I was dazed into her beautiful eyes, "Thank you." I smiled taking the box in her hand, placing it on my lap, as I could feel my stomach turn and I truly mean it, almost as if the baby was using stomach as a pillow. Opening the box, my mouth instantly watered as this aroma of chocolate and cakes assaulted my nose, wasting not even a second I dug in, enjoying every bite I took.

"It's amazing right?" Alicia, laughed taking a bite into her croissant, chocolate spilling out as she wiped the sides of her mouth with a napkin. I know, I should have done the same but, I was too hungry to even bother. "Yes, it is." I nodded, licking the chocolate off my finger, despite the fact that they were dirty but, that didn't seem to faze me.
