Part 1: Earth's Strangest Heros

GAVIN POV:

I raise up my arms and feel the impact of Ethon's punch, which was really strong mind you. Me and him had been sparing for the past hour, which left both of us tired and exhausted. We had started the fight in Super Ascended (Me) and Darkness Ascended (Ethon) and now we were in base forms, barely even able to throw a simple fire ball at each other. For whatever reason Geo.X hadn't decided to let us stop yet so we kept going, mainly because the winner would get to have extra dessert tonight. And, well, me and Ethon just LOVED our desserts. So it was of no surprise when we kept going until even our BONES ached. Eventually Geo.X told us to stop and he would announce the winner during dinner time. And since it was already noon that wouldn't be much longer no would it. I wiped some sweat off my brow as Ethon just gave me a smirk.

"I SO won that you know?" Ethon gave me a small rivalry glare as I returned it.

   

   "Yeah, as soon as you can go to the moon and back." I laughed a little as he got visibly upset at that.

      

  "Well at least I didn't have to fight hundreds of different versions of myself in a tournament hosted by an 'evil' version of myself."

  

 "HEY! You know for a fact I had no control over that entire situation. And all I got out of it was a transformation and constant nightmares for weeks!"

   

"Oh my gosh DROP IT YOU TWO!" Geo.X yelled at us, making us stop.

      "Still hit you pretty hard." I mumbled as I left, hearing Ethon growl behind me. I rolled my eyes at that and simply continued walking to the portal Geo.X had whipped up for us to go to Earth. As soon as we got there we were greeted by my bro, Dalton, who looked busy as usual. He really didn't say much, just saying hi and leaving us to our own devices. Ethon went off to who knows where and Geo.X just kind of, well, disappeared. So I just stood in silence for a few moments before finally deciding to just go off and search for someone, making sure to get out of the torn training clothes Geo.X always had me and Ethon wear whenever we sparred. I placed on my familiar black shirt and grey sweat pants and began to walk around town... Of coarse, what I actually mean is flying around town, due to the boredom I had. Some people stared at the strange person using the air to fly, but after a while everyone got used to me like this. After the whole 'human turning evil and trying to kill all of humanity' incident we, as in me, Ethon, Sarah, Tom, Geo.X and Dalton, due to us saving the world and crap. So it was normal to find me flying around and waving at people as I went on my way. I eventually got to a small court yard where Sarah and Katie were chillin', so I decided to play a small prank on them.

"SURPRISE!" I yell while landing right in front of them, unsurprisingly getting punched in the face by Sarah.

       "GAVIN! DON'T DO THAT!" She yelled at me, making me laugh a bit as I rub my face.

   "Sorry, couldn't resist, but dang you've gotten better at punching." I complemented, earning a smile from her.

            "Thanks, Jack's been teaching me some new tricks." She placed her hands onto her hip and struck a triumphent pose.

   "Oh, so since Geo.X is too busy with me and Ethon you think you can go cheating on him?" I smugly ask, making her face go dead. "HAHAAH, OH! OH. Oh. OH MY GOD! SARAH IT WAS A JOKE, IT WAS A JOKE!" Sarah suddenly began to pummel me a bit, which didn't hurt much but was still funny non the less.

        

"Can you two crazy people keep it down already? I'm trying to work here." Jack suddenly said, making the both of us turn back.

  

"Sorry Jack." We muttered as he went back to playing basketball... By himself. Jack's always been a loner, and if it wasn't for his sister Katie he'd be completely alone. Good thing she didn't die on that mountain then...

  "So, Katie. How's Mikey been treating ya?" I ask her to change the subject. Her face goes a little red and she laughs.

"Oh, you know how he is. Very competitive and also very protective." Sarah gave me a smug look as Katie finished.

  

 "Looks like he really did get a few things from the both of us." I groan as she says this, as everyone knew Mikey was a clone of me with Sarah's DNA mixed in there as well. So it was pretty annoying when people, Sarah included, called him our biological son. Implying me and Sarah did some 'things' one night, which makes me shiver.

     "Right, can we just change the subject? How about we get something to eat, 'cause that sparring with Ethon made me hungry." I offer while rubbing my stomach.

  

 "*Sigh* You know what, screw it! I'm down!" Sarah gave me a slight punch to the arm.

"I'd gladly come by, but I would need to get Mikey first. He'd try to kill you guys if he found out you ate without him."

     

    "Ok Katie. I'm going to assume that Mikey is on Ethra training with Tehn again, right?"

"*Sigh* Yes." Katie began to walk off to Dalton's lab, making Jack a bit concerned. Jack doesn't really trust his sister walking off on her own after she nearly died on that mountain.

   

"Alright, see you at 6!" Sarah shouted before pulling at my arm. "If we have some time to ourselves then why don't we have some fun first?" She raised an eyebrow at me and I returned it with a smile.

   

"Lead the way, my princess."....

  

     We proceeded to go to the arcade and win SOOO many tickets!
