Time really flies in a blink of an eye. Past 4 months had wiped out quickly and we were not even notified. Its's december now which means Mid-term Exams. These buds made these past months really special and unforgettable for me.
14 december, 2014 (Night)
Ian's POV:
Exams are on head and i've got bunch of syllabus to go through. I guess Josh, Eric and Rog would've completed half of syllabus .Ugh!
A miracle would have to take place to save me this time. Oh God? why do we have exams? WHY.? Why don't teachers have exams they should be tested too, why do students have to suffer all the stuff? what is " The Fault In Our Stars"
*phone rang*
It was Eric, ' Are you ready for tomorrow's football match?, i'm so excited.'
'Haha! same here'
'Are you bringing your kit tomorrow'
'Obvio'
' Bye, gotta go and sleep. NIGHT"
' NIGHT' i said and went to sleep.
15 december, 2014:
It was 7:30 when i woke up today. I was already late as usual but this time i missed my van too so i dressed up quickly, went downstairs and asked my big brother to drop as he was too leaving for his college.
as i reached school i reached school i saw all of them standing near the gate waiting for me. I quickly ran towards them ' You guys are waiting for me again.'
'Is that somehting to ask?, it's like obvio that we can't enter the school without you. Get this thing glued to your mind.' Rog Said.
All i could say was 'AWWW..' in a girly tone. The Exams were to start from 20th so it was our revison period in school . So we were having really tough time as we were supposed to appear next year in board exams.(Matric System/ country's own exams which incudes full book test of each subject.)
The first 5 lessons went really hectic as i told due to the revison session the time limit of every lesson was increased from 40 minutes to 1 Hour. An hour maths, english, urdu, geography, history etc. Can you believe it?
It was break time and as i was getting late for school I forgot my wallet on the table. So i asked eric if he could lend me some money. Eric never said "NO" to anyone. Then we went to the canteen. He bought me my favourite things. I hugged him so tight. I don't know but it felt so touchy. When Josh and Rog got to know about this they too bought me a packet of Lays. We were standing beside the canteen that suddenly the canteen guy popped out of nowhere and asked us what was going to happen in the auditorium and which classes are going to be sitting there to attend it. Actually tomorrow some army doctors so supposed to come to our school so class 8th,9th and 10th would be attending the seminar. Approximately 100-120 students would be there. When i told him about this he had a sudden smile on his face an evil smile though. Then he asked me in a foolish manner that 'Will the army commanders be there too?'
'Umm.. i guess no but you could ask principal about the stuff by the way why are you asking? you're not supposed to provide food to them.'
'hehe! i was just asking generally'
The break was over and class 8th, 9th and 10th were supposed to be there in the auditorium as the school principal was supposed to adresss us. Soon after the bell the students belonging from each section reached there including us. and then the principal started to adress us informing about the army doctors who would be coming to address us tomorrow and all of us are supposed to be present, it's mandatory for every kid and like all of us should come tomorrow in proper school uniform with shoes polished properly, hair brushed properly, and the school ties. When she was done all of us went to the classes but our class went to the ground as it was our games lesson. Our games sir was waiting outside it was a big day for every one us as today was our football match with class 9. 'Time to show our skills' Eric said laughing.
The game started and we all were dressed properly in our football kits. The match went really well but Eric rocked this time. It was really good to see those kiddos playing well. 'You're gonna go far kids!' I said to them.
'Woah! eric you just changed the plot of the match this time' Sir said and know what he added four of us to the football team of our school.
'Finally! yeah.' we all said in unison.
Eric,Josh,Rog and me myself too was excited for our next match which was too be held with the senior boys. After hearing this good news i suggested them to that we should go out today and celebrate our victory to which 3 of em agreed without any kind of hesitation. My boys.
The day was hectic but the match really rejoiced our mood. At 2:00pm when we all became free. We went to the ground to take photos. First we took alot of group photos then individual one's and yeah how can we forget the selfie game. For the first time in life we had really good photos together. Those photos were before exam's photos.
