"HAJIMI!!!!"

As Hashirama signalized Mako and Izuna, the young uchiha swiftly make his first move, preparing to strike his katana/sword to Makoto.

(A/N: I made their battle a quite long since I don't know some of Izuna's abilities but I also add some hand to hand combat in their battle.)

Makoto gasped as she saw Izuna running forward all the sudden, her heart pound while thinking of a plan. Her mind was struggling from thinking until she came back to her senses when she saw Izuna in front of her.

Izuna swung down his katana as Makoto dodge it quickly. She jump to the right while Izuna was following her and swinging his sword.

"Mako-chan seemed to be nervous." Chibi-usa commented with a worry look.

"Yeah..." Usagi reply, feeling worry for Makoto too.

While Makoto was dodging Izuna's attacks, she kept on thinking of a plan, but she was quite nervous since Izuna was her opponent.

"What should I do? I can't handle it, I'm way too nervous on facing Izuna-san.." Makoto thought for a moment. "Dakedo (but) how can I pass this nervousness?" She ask to herself.

Another attack Izuna had missed from Makoto as she dodge it. Izuna move backwards and said...

"Mako-chan! You have to think an attack! You can't just dodge and run, do something!!" Izuna warned Makoto. Makoto catch all of her breath and replied...

"I'm trying, but..." Makoto paused as she continue on catching her breath.

"You're nervous! Makoto, you don't have to be nervous, I won't either hurt you! But I'll do my best to beat you.." Izuna said.

"He's right, I don't have to be nervous. Ok, I have to try my best!" Makoto clench her fist and she ran forward.

"That's it." Izuna smiled and he prepare his sword then Makoto throw a punch to Izuna.

"Looks like Mako-chan is getting serious.." Ami commented.

"Go, Mako-chan!!" Minako cheered Makoto as their battle continue.

Makoto did her best to get rid of her nervousness by throwing punches and kicks. As Izuna also defend himself from those punches, Makoto duck and trying to punch Izuna on the stomach. Izuna keep on eye from Makoto's moves until he caught off guard as he was punched to his stomach.

Izuna grunted in pain and this Makoto's chance to attack.

"It's time..." She said mentally. "But I'm sorry, Izuna-san." She lastly thought then she prepare for her attack. "Supreme... Thunder!!!" She yelled and lightnings begin to charge towards to Izuna.

Izuna also do his own attack.

"Fire style: Fire Ball Jutsu!!!" Izuna burst out a big ball of flame and it struck to Makoto's lightning. Their attacks explode and a smoke appeared around the battlefield.
