After took a bath, Chaeyoung went downstairs again to have dinner. She didn't ordered the food. She wanted to cook tonight. She had time to go grocery shop and brought some ingredients. She opened the cabinet and took something.
She didn't have any skills in cooking. She tried to cook before, cook fried egg but the result really embarrassing. The egg was burnt.
"What you want to cook?" Mina asked.
"Spaghetti carbonara." Chaeyoung said while smiling.
"Do you know how to cook that?" Mina asked. Chaeyoung shrugged then shook her head.
"Yah!!" Mina mad. Chaeyoung just chuckled.
"But, I do remember that you used to teach me how to cook that." Chaeyoung said.
"Can you help me?" Chaeyoung asked. Mina just nodded and smiled.
Chaeyoung started cooking with Mina guided her. She really felt Mina was beside her, helping her right now.
"Cook the spaghetti until it smooth and become like noodle."
"While waiting, cook the sauces."
"First cut and cook the onion and garlic."
"Then, put the sausages and mushrooms that you cutted."
"Next, Sprinkle a little oregano flakes & black pepper powder.."Chaeyoung followed everything. And she did the great job."Pour the mushrooms sausage and milk."
"Then, It's done!" Mina said excitedly.
Chaeyoung took half and hour to cook the spaghetti. She sighed in relief after she putted the delicious spaghetti that she did.
She sat down on her dinning chair and put the plate of spaghetti on the table. Mina sat across her.
She was about to eat the food, She heard Mina spoke, "Wait, i think your dinner not complete yet."
"Huh?" Chaeyoung frowned.
"Where is your tea?" She asked.
"Tonight I don't want to drink tea."chaeyoung paused. "I will have coffee.
"Since when you like coffee for dinner. As I now, you can't enjoy your dinner without tea." Mina said.
"Mina, why are you acting like—you really alive?" Chaeyoung asked. Then, she looked in front of her.
No answer, of course. She was asking the empty chair across her. The chair that he imagined that Mina was there sitting across her.
She looked at the book next her plate. That's a recipe book that Mina wrote, for her. Mina knew that she will never know how to cook and buy groceries. So, Mina teach her a bit know basic things and wrote everything in that book.
The spaghetti, Chaeyoung followed the recipe in that book. While following that, she imagined that Actually Mina was teaching her, but in reality she did alone. No one in that kitchen except herself.
Chaeyoung cried again after she remembered that. She felt Mina's soul really in this house, that why she can't stop imagining Mina was here.
"Stop crying, Chaeng. I'm here... with you." Mina came,it was chaeyoung feeling again. She felt like Mina was wiping her tears while smiling when she tried to look aside. Then, Mina gone from her gazed.
