Chapter 1

October 31st.

It was my favourite day of the year, apart from my birthday. 

Well, anyway, it was Halloween!

And I was so excited for Halloween, because on the night, a party was going on, and I was invited!

I loved the fact that I was invited to the party, because I normally just go Trick-or-Treating, which gets very boring after a while. Sadly enough, I had to attend school, on HALLOWEEN! Then again, at least I got to see my friends before the party.

So, I got up out of bed, and fell out because my leg went limp. It really hurt but I wasn't bothered, because it was Halloween! I got myself up off the floor, grabbed my uniform, and slowly got dressed.

After 10 minutes of nearly falling back to sleep, I got dressed and walked out of my room, and went downstairs for my breakfast. I was so tired it was un-real. So after my breakfast, I went upstairs to have a wash, which takes me ages. I always look at my spots in the mirror and wish they would all just magically disappear. Sadly, you can't wish for something like that, you have to do all the work. So, once I was all ready for school, I packed my bag, and headed out.

8:10am.

I went out to meet my friend Bethany, who has been my friend for years! I walked all the way to the shop, just to meet her. But it's worth it; there isn't anyone alive who can make me laugh besides Bethany.

So I was at the shop, and was about to walk down the little street at the side of the shop, to meet her. But when I turned around, I saw someone staring at me, and it was a really freaky stare. I stared back and he just ran off. I was too freaked out, but I chose to ignore it and I decided it was just a pathetic Halloween Prank, - how stupid of me? So I walked down the little street to meet Beth, and she was standing there waiting. "Hey Beth!" I shouted with a smile. She looked up and saw me. "Hey Kie, it's cool to see you!" she replied. "How are you today Beth?" "Same old, same old. You looking forward to the party tonight?" "Uh, Obviously!" I laughed. We walked back up the little street, and past the shop. "Uh, Beth. I saw someone staring at me over there, and he ran off when I stared back." I said.

"Don't worry about it, it's probably just a Halloween Prank, he might not have been looking at you anyway." She replied. "Probably, thanks Beth."

We carried on walking to school, where we met Lauren, who is our bestest friend! "Hey, Lauren!" "Hey, Kie!"

"Are you okay?" "Yeah, I suppose." She replied.

"Hey, guess what?" Beth said. "What?" I and Lauren both replied at the same time. "I ripped my mum's bra because she has been annoying me!" Beth laughed. We all then laughed and walked all the way to school. Then, the person staring at me, appeared behind us, staring at us, holding his knife. Wondering who to kill first...
