Now bela on her 9 months (sorry if i so fast😅)and mahir always pampered her even her parents in law (now sumitra and andy stay at behir home)

In bedroom,

B: mahir jii.. While hold his waist
M: haanji naa😁
B: are you happy?
M: of course because god give me twins baby and it's a couple baby😍(boy & girl) ..he hug her and kisses her forehead
B: what will we give they name?
M: hmmmm up to you baby.. What you want?
B: if a boy i want to call him Mihir Mahir Sehgal😊
M: awwww
B: now your turn
M:hmmmm i want to call our princess Mahira
B: awwww😍
M: bela i can't wait to see our baby😘
B: hmmmmm
Then they sleep hugging each other

Tomorrow,
Behir and family do breakfast
While having breakfast bela feel something hurt in her abdomen and stomach but she ignore it

S: bela why you not eat your breakfast
B: no maa I'm just thinking something😅..while hold her pain
But mahir see her face is something that she hide
M: bela are you okey?
B: haa mahir jii I'm ok.. Eat your breakfast

Then they continue eat breakfast but bela still in pain😖and she don't know that she will delivery soon

At night, on bed
Mahir is sleep but bela wake up and fist her hand on blanket.. (as well you know she in pain since morning)

10pm,
Now bela can't take it anymore so she scream
B: mahirr jiiii ahhhhh... She push mahir
M: what happened bela... He panic
B: mahir jiiii painnn.. While holding her stomach
M: wait I'll call mom
B: mahirr jiiii fasterr

Then sumitra & andy come to behir room after mahir call them

S: belaaa
B: maaa it's painnn ahhhhh... She fist her hand
S: mahir let's go take bela to hospital i think it's her delivery time
M: ok maaa...let's go bela.. He help her to get up and until stairs,
B: mahirrr jiii i can't take anymore ahhhhhh.. She cry
M: belaaa please for baby.. Then he pick up bela and go to hospital

In hospital,

Bela was in pain in the maternity ward
And mahir with his parents waiting for the results

11.50pm,
Mahir heard baby's voice
M: mom, dad can you hear it😍
S&A: yaa i think that is your baby mahir..

11.59pm,
They heard baby's voice again and mahir know that is his sec baby😍

Aftersome time doc come out from the wad and she say
D: congratulations mr sehgal your wife giving birth to a twin and the boy is elder
They feel excited
M: doc how is my wife?
D: she's fine
Then some nurse come and whispers something to the doc.
D: what!.. She come back to wad
At outside, mahir and his parents feeling worried

Then doc come,
D: mr sehgal😣
M&S&A: what happened doc😢
D: I'm sorry mr sehgal i can't save your...........
