surprising her on tour

You stood backstage, peeking out the curtain to catch a glimpse of your girl on stage. Your heart began to hammer against your chest when you realized just how close you finally are to her.

After being apart for weeks and being separated by thousands upon thousands of miles, you're so close to being able to be held by her again.

It feels so surreal, almost like a dream. But the loud screams coming from the fans and the feeling of immeasurable joy you feel tells you it's much too real to be a dream.

The only thing that's keeping you apart now is the two songs remaining on the setlist that has yet to be performed.

It's easy for the time to just fly by, considering you're having the time of your life backstage watching the girls, but mostly Siyeon.

You refused to be on your phone for anything other than to take a photo or two or a video you can look back on or play for her later to remind her of these moments she cherishes on stage with her best friends and the fans she adores right there cheering her on.

You put your phone away, turning it off to rule out any chances of being distracted. The last song just finished and the girls are taking their bows now.

You walked back to their dressing room, where you impatiently waited for her to walk into the room.

Your heart began to race once more when you realized that the voice you heard approaching the dressing room belonged to Siyeon.

You could feel your hands shaking from the excitement you felt. You almost felt like your heart was gonna burst right out of your chest!

But you weren't the only one feeling that way.

Because just a few seconds later, Siyeon and Dami were walking into the dressing room. They were mid-conversation when they saw you, instantly frozen and absolutely speechless.

Siyeon's heart pounded in her chest as she took in the surprise of you being right there, so close yet not quite close enough to pull you right into her arms.

"Y/N?" She spoke, almost in awe.

"Surprise, Siyeon!"

As soon as those words fell from your lips, you were being picked up and spun around by Siyeon. You laughed against her chest, where you buried your face.

You breathed in her smell. It was so sweet, so familiar. It just reminded you more that she was truly there, holding onto you tightly as you soaked in the moment of pure happiness together over being reunited at last.

"I can't believe it." She whispered softly as she gently placed you back on your feet and buried her lips in your hair, pressing kiss after kiss to the top of your head. "I've missed you like crazy. When did you get here?"

"Just a few minutes after the show started. I wanted to see you before it began but my flight got in a little late."

"That's okay." She smiled through the happy tears in her eyes. "I'm just so happy you're here. It feels like forever since I've been able to hold you and kiss you."

"Well, now you've got me for about a week and a half."

She grinned and dropped her forehead onto yours.

"I'm so excited, so happy."

She leaned in to kiss you. You anticipated the brush of her lips since it's been too long since the last one you shared.

But she just barely got to brush her lips on yours before there were gasps and excited yells of your name, causing you to smile widely and pull away from her lips.

"Y/N!" The rest of the girls, besides Dami, screamed.

Dami just waved with a big smile before she began to push the rest of the girls out of the room. Siyeon mouthed a 'thank you' to her before the door closed and then put her forehead back on yours.

"So...? Where were we?" Siyeon asked as she stroked your cheek, already meeting you halfway for a loving kiss.

You looped your arms around her neck as her lips moved passionately against yours.

You breathed out a soft sigh against her lips, melting over the taste and the way they moved against yours as she reached for your hand and intertwined your fingers with hers.

You couldn't help but smile. She's truly the sweetest.

"I love you."

"I love you too." She smiled. "Let me go wash up and I'll be right back, then I'll take you out to dinner and we'll do a little sightseeing together before we go back to the hotel. Sound good?"

"Sounds absolutely perfect." You said and took a seat on one of the chairs.

You watched her leave the room, only to run back in a second later, right to you to give you a few more quick but sweet kisses.

"I've truly missed you so much, my sweet girl." She grinned and pecked your lips before walking out of the room, leaving you even more excited for the time you get to spend with her.
