"Chief, we have a new suspect for that case you were talking about the other day!" The new guy called through the cheif's office.
"Cool Clive. Pass it over."
Clive walked in and passed the file to the Chief. "Um... It's about that teenager that'd been murdured... Uh... Jake Long." Clive was babbling. Chief was too busy reading the file so he just nodded.
"Call in Steve... I needa talk to him." Chief said still looking at the file.
"Yes sir. I will sir. I'm going now sir." Clive babbled looking slightly nervous.
"Hey, Clive, what was the girl's name?" Chief asked as Clive was walking out the door.
"Sorry sir. I didn't look at the file. I knew I wasn't allowed to."
Chief nodded pleased that Clive was following orders. "Now go I need Steve."
Clive nodded and walked out the door.
"Oh, Abby... What have I done?" Chief whispered, a silent tear siding down his cheek as he looked at the picture of his one and only daughter. "Cam's gonna be so upset." He whispered thinking of his 16 year old son, Cam.
