62 : the news.

"i'll clean the bedroom!" taehyung shouted for jimin to hear whose in the living room.

he first brooms the floor before mopping it then cleans the window. after that, he cleans their picture frames as well and changed the cover of the bed, also changing the pillow cases.

he went to their drawer and opens each of it to clean. a small box caught his eyes.

taehyung smiles sadly and took the box then opens it, seeing a beautiful bracelet inside of it.

it was the bracelet his girlfriend gave him at their first date. he brought the box in this household ever since he and jimin moved here.

he took the small paper inside the box and reads the letter.

dear tae,

sorry it's not that expensive nor luxurious but i bought it with all my heart! i hope you will like this. it's simple but meaningful.

a smile formed on taehyung's lips as he reads it. he still can't forget about her, of course. who wouldn't if you really love that person.

"i miss you, soojin." he says softly, a tear rolling down his cheek.

"it's only a day when we're finally in a relationship. h-how can he take you from me when you're the only girl i found attractive back then." he lets out sniffles.

"yes it's only a day but, i knew i already love you. you're different from other girls who only wants my dick, face, body, popularity and money. you're a very kind and sweet person, soojin."

he wipes his tears away, still looking at the bracelet.

"but.." he paused.

"it's time to forget about you now and completely forgive namjoon. i was so out of my mind back then that's why i kept blaming him. i knew it was an accident cause namjoon won't do it. i trust him."

"also, i already found the boy who i really love. the boy who i will live with forever and the boy who's carrying our child right now." he chuckles softly, remembering jimin.

"it's time to let go and move on from you. thank you for those days being with you and a day being in a relationship, soojin. i loved you, but jimin is the one who i love now."

he puts the letter inside the box then closed it. he puts the box on his pocket as he was gonna hide it somewhere later. somewhere where he won't be able to see anymore. he don't wanna remember her anymore. he only wants jimin now.

then, he felt pair of arms wrapped around his waist.

taehyung smiles as he already knew who it was. "you heard everything?"

jimin nodded with a pout. "i didn't mean to. i was just gonna check on you cause i miss you."

the older chuckles and faced his husband. "it's okay. don't apologize."

"where are you gonna take it? is soojin your girlfriend before? where is she now? what did namjoon do?"

"too many questions. i will tell you later but for now, i will continue cleaning and you just chill in the living room."

jimin pouted again and nodded in defeat. "okay. please hurry. i will miss you."

"yes, baby." taehyung smiles at him.

once jimin left, taehyung continues cleaning the place. making sure that every dirt won't be left behind.

when he's done, he puts the stuffs he used for cleaning in its designated place then carried the plastic bag which contains trash.
