Chapter 2

It was Sunday where you decided to jog out for a while in the evening. It
was still cold at the morning which make you wore a long sleeves shirt and a black sweatpants.

You also wear your iPods on before running out from your house along the sidewalks. You decided to run off for one or two laps before going home.

While running along the sidewalks, you look around and decided to enjoy the clean environment before something caught your eyes.

It was a group of children playing together. You can't help but to smile seeing their cute actions. You decided to take a break for a little while and wipe off your sweat on your forehead while looking at those children.

While they all play with their small ball, the ball slips off from one of the children and rolled away from them. You decided to help to take the ball for them but it makes you panic as the ball rolled off heading towards the street.

You rushed yourself a bit and when you see that child running off to the street, your eyes widened which make you to hurriedly run over to the child.

“Fuck.” you cursed under your breath while after the child.

You saw a fast cast heading towards the child who was now holding the ball in her hands. Your pace fastened by itself before you grabbed the child while shielding her with your body.

It was late enough for the both of you to jump to the other side. You held the child so tight while shielding her before you feel something hard hitting you from behind.

It makes the both of you flew and dropped on top of the car as the both of you rolled off from the car due to the car speed. It makes you and the child fall from the car roof and land on the hard surface road.

People gasps can also be heard as they saw the scene. That child was on top of you so that he didn't land on the road instead of you.

“Agh.” you groaned but soon you sit yourself up.

You brushed away those dust on his hair before deciding to take a look on his face, “Are you okay, little boy?”

He slowly opened his eyes and met yours before it widened as he saw your face, “Oh my god, sister! Are you okay?! I'm sorry about this!”

You started to rose on your feet before helping that little boy too, “I'm fine.”

With that, you brought him to the sidewalks as you look after the car but couldn't see it anywhere, “They've escaped.”

After you managed to find an empty bench, you took a sit and that little boy did the same.

“I'm sorry for that, sister.” He apologized.

“No, it's fine. As long as you're okay, little prince.” you said while caressing his hair.

Then, you heard a voice calling out and you notice that boy smile in happiness which you assumed that's his guardian.

You rose on your feet and held your hand in the air which that guy in butler suit notice before he head towards you. After he saw who's you're holding hand with, he rushed over you hurriedly.

“M-miss Y/N? I'm really sorry about this! Forgive me for this!” he said as he bowed himself down to you.

“N-no, it's fine really.” You said while waving your hand in front of him.

“By the way are you okay, Miss Y/N? Where did you get those scratches on you?”

“Ah yeah, it's just a small accident. Nothing more important. Anyways, how do you know my name?” you curiously asked.
