Summary: Through chance, you end up having to spend more and more time with the school's resident troublemaker, Seulgi. In this time you find your perception of her changing from your first impression. Meanwhile Seulgi finds herself changing for you as you make her walls crumble.

As in, I sincerely believe that everyone is interesting in one way or another, with their own story to tell. So reader! Just go on knowing that I think you're pretty swell.

You wouldn't describe yourself as a hard-ass, no. Maybe a more fitting description would be someone who just wanted things to go smoothly. Someone who worried about their future and their opportunities. Someone who wanted to be nice to others and care for others. Yeah, you'd describe yourself as a nice plain girl. Nothing extraordinary.
This commitment to plainness and diligence led you to having good grades, and that led to you applying for the tutoring program at your school. You had applied a week ago, and now you should be given a response on whether you were accepted into the program and if so, who you would be assigned to aid. You doubted you wouldn't be accepted, so the butterflies in your stomach was more in anticipation of who you would help tutor for the rest of the year.
During study hall, you were called to go to the library and meet your partner. You arrive at the library and the librarian points you towards the back, where you see a figure in a leather jacket facing the other way from you. You thank the librarian and walk towards the figure, setting your bag down across the table and look up at their face.
You don't recognize who it is, but you surely recognize that it was a very, very pretty face. You couldn't even begin to describe the type of beauty that she had, besides the fact that it was entrancing. Her black hair with green streaks framed her face perfectly. You snap out of your stare as you realize her cat-like eyes were boring into yours.
"Ah, sorry I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Y/N. I'll be happy to help you with anything you need." You stick your hand out for her to take. She looks down at your hand and then back at you, deciding to not take it. You quickly retract your hand back in shame.
"Seulgi."
With the sound of her name it all clicks in your head. The girl sitting in front of you was the infamous Seulgi. The person who was expelled from her previous school and should probably already be expelled from this one. What amazing luck you have to be partnered with a person as troublesome as her. Instead of shitting your pants in nervousness, you opted to actually have a productive study session with Seulgi, so you began by asking what she needed help with the most.
