chapter 5

jimin's pov. 

"open the shutters" i said and yoongi nodded. the shutters started opening and the others were starting to freak out. "close it." i said crawling under it. i stood up at i heard an inhuman scream. a fast body hit my and i fly back. i groan and quickly stood up. "shit i forgot a flashlight." i said.

"here." i heard jungkook say. he slides a tiny flashlight and a pack of batteries. it falling to the ground and i held my sword up to block the attack again. i let out a groan as pain shots through my arm. i swing the sword and an arm came flying to the ground. i finally saw it as it screams and stumbles back. i quickly cut off its limbs and picked up the flashlight and batteries. putting the batteries in my pocket. i turn on the light and started my way towards the high school. i just booked it. i cut any of those things in half. i soon came up to the school after 5 minutes of non-stop running. i shut the doors and took a deep breath. "now the hard part." i said quietly. i pulled out my phone and shoot a text. 

jm: i'm at the school unharmed. it's empty for now. 

i smiled as it went through. 

jihyun: good. i'll go update them. 

i smiled as i imagine the happiness from the woman. i roamed the whole school not a single person or thing in site. i walked into the gym and a scream came from the equipment room. i ran over and opened it. i saw at least three girls. taemin standing in front of them and a monster in front of them. "hey." i shouted to get it's attention. "come get me." i said taking my stance. it howled and jumped towards me. i ran from it and cut it's one arm off. shit. i was going for his leg. it's like his howl did something to me. ringing came to my ears. i couldn't hear anything except for that ringing. an urge to throw up came. i fought through it and focus hard on it. it jumped again and i aimed and swing. i missed. i dodged by rolling away from it. i ran to the door of the equipment room and shut it. i fall to my knees and puked. 

"jimin. is that you?" taemin said. i waved as i stood up. a bang came to the door. "you didn't kill it." he freaked. 

"it can't die." i said. the ringing stopped and everything seemed to focus again. "what did it do to me." 

"it's howl can make you disoriented. it's best to have earphone in." he said. i smiled. 

"thank for the advise." i said and pulled out my phone and earphones. i plugged it in and put on a song that was perfect for being heroic. centuries. 

i open the door quickly and it stumbles back and i slide under it as it howled. i smirk as i didn't hear it. i quickly stood and turned to it. i stepped back. "here." i said to it. it turned and it didn't look happy. i held the blade out in a stance to show that i was ready for it. it let out another howl and charged at me. i swing the sword and cut of it's other arm. he screaked and i cut it's legs clean off and he falls to the ground. i walked closer the it and decapitate it. it turned gray then. did it just die. i took out one ear. i kneel down. "i thought you guys couldn't die?" i question toward myself. 

"i thought you said they don't die."

"last time i did this. they didn't. why did this o- wait. his thing was it's sound. i cut off his head. it's vocal cords are no longer useful. i killed it because it didn't have it power. did the fast one die when i cut off it's legs." i said. 

"we can't hear you." one of the girl said rudely. 

"give me respect. i just saved your asses." i said and she scoffed.
