Chapter 2:

I closed the boulder to the house and swiftly started swimming up to the surface. I could see the sun through the water. It looked like the sun was a gem embedded in the ocean. I reached a big island once I got to the surface and My talons touched the sand. I felt like she was in a paradise. I was pacing around in circles muttering to myself ¨I can tell Surge.....NO he will kill me!¨ I said to myself.

I heard a branch snap in the distance. Then a figure came out that looked like a dragon then I realized he was the prince of SeaWings but. He did not really look like one......HE WAS A HYBRID!. From My studies MudWings, sandwings, Skywings, NightWings, and Icewings he was a seawing RainWings hybrid. He had coral white scales and light sky blue marks on himself. Eel was so distracted thinking that she did not realize he was 10 feet away from me, ¨hello¨ he said in a strange voice I did not answer for he was a stranger you know ¨stranger danger.¨ I started then I urged herself to say ¨hi¨ everything was silent

¨I should go home...¨ she said hurriedly, I started to turn back to the water when he said ¨I did not catch your name¨ I turned her head and said ¨I did not offer it to you¨ he was startled at what I had said you might be thinking. ¨I like your scales!¨ he shouted as I was about to submerge into the water. I groaned ¨thanks for the compliment. Well I should get home now!¨ I was worried that Surge and his parents would be worried about me or.....I rather not think about it. ¨why don't you stay for dinner?¨ I was struck with surprise ¨let me ask?¨ I said excitedly

¨of course!¨ his normal voice sounded convincing enough or charming enough. I submerged under the water and saw the house from a distance it was bright. There were dragons everywhere thrashing around in the water, screaming and yelling. Then I Realized there was an animus putting an underwater fire! I swam as fast as I could to go. I found Surge and asked him where his parents were and he just burst into tears hugging me. Then, I looked around and saw them falling to the bottom of the ocean. A small trail of blood was following their corps.
