I decided I'd visit my brother after everything, Damon thought it would be a good Idea if I left Mystic falls for a while, I agreed. I left Nik and Bekah a note and left back home. My brother was happy for me that I got my wings back and I told him about everything that happened in Mystic falls.

What was supposed to me a short visit with my brother turned out to be longer. It was only supposed to be a couple of weeks but, my brother needed my help. He decided to to take a vacation from hell and move to LA. He even bought a club, Lux.  Weeks easily turned to months. I stayed in contact with Nik and Bekah, but eventually Nik stopped texting back and ignored my calls, me and Bekah on the other hand stayed close.

I sigh as Rebekah tells me Elijah hasn't called her back and she wanted me to go to New Orleans with her to find him.

"I don't want to see Nik, Bekah. My brother needed me and I had to leave, everyone but him could understand that and he totally ghosted me. Lets not even talk about what Caroline told me." I tell her and she sighs.

"What did Caroline tell you?" She asks me curiously.

"That he slept with some wolf girl named Hailey." I say and Bekah scoffs.

"My bastard of a brother. Shasta, Elijah told me he got her pregnant. " She mutters the first part under her breath. I freeze at the second part." Ok listen, my evil brother has done something to my good one and I need your help. I'm asking as a friend in need. Please help me." She say desperately and I sigh.

"Fine." I say and she squeals.

I meet Rebekah in a stolen car outside New Orleans. She drives to an old plantation house and I wait outside as she barges into the house. I pull out my cigarettes' as I listen in as she yells at Nik for Elijah.

I light one and smirk at how she calls the whore a maid. I chuckle and watch the smoke escape my lips.

"Enough with the shouting little sister." Nik says and my body freezes. No. I wont let him affect me like this. I'm Shasta Morningstar. I do not need, Niklause Mikaelson.

I strut in and toss the cigarettes away from me. My heels click on the floor as I pass the wolf girl with a smirk.

"No, that was me, sorry were they friends of yours?" I ask and Nik's eyes widen. Rebekah smirks.

"No, no,no Shas remember Nik doesn't have any friends." Rebekah says and I smile.

"Ahh, right, my bad." I say with a false pout.

"Shasta." Nik says shocked. He shakes his head and snaps out of it." I do have friends." he says looking to his sister." I have Marcel. Your remember him don't you?" Nik asks and I gasp.

"Marcel? I knew a Marcel once." I say with a smirk." Now we had some fun." I say with a giggle. Nik glares at me and I pout and walk away as Nik and Bekah bicker.

"Shasta." I snap my head to Nik who was now by the door. He looks as if he wants to say so much." Your welcome to stay here as long as you wish." He pushes out instead and he leaves. I sigh as I hear him speed off. I eye Hailey and her belly that holds Nik's child and sigh.

Rebekah comes over and grabs my hand." I know this is hard for you. But I'll be here every step of the way." She says and drags the wolf girl with her to find Elijah as I explore the large house.
