It was Wednesday. Bakugou's mom had got the twins so it was just us in the house. Bakugou's mom brought suppressors and made me take them despite what my doctor said. I wasn't taking the regular dosage. Only enough to dull the pain a little. Bakugou was making pancakes for breakfast and I was watching tv on the couch. "How ya feeling nerd?" He asked from the kitchen. I looked to the entrance of the kitchen. "A little better I guess. Not to the point I have to cling to you every second" I smiled. He tched and shook his head.
"Who knew a 'loner' like you could be so fucking clingy all the time." He said before flipping a pancake. The top was perfectly golden. "Oh yeah? It's called touch deprivation and oh! Indescribable fucking PAIN!" You retorted. It was silent for a moment. "How the hell are you touch deprived? Your brother and sister are always stuck you like glue!" He said. You rolled your eyes and looked back to the tv. "That's right, you're an only child. There's a difference Bakugou. Say you hug your mom right? Now compare that to when I hugged you. Not the same, right?" I said.
He didn't reply of course. "I've never hugged my mom..." He said. Your heart nearly stopped. "Me and my parents don't have that kind of relationship. She's tried. But my body never lets me fucking accept any form of physical affection. Other than now because of the whole heat thing..." He said. That was it.
You stood up as best you could and walked in. He turned around and scoffed. "Sit your ass down dummy. I told you I'd ha-" he started before you latched onto him, burying your face into his shoulder. "Oi wha-" "shh. Just...lets stay like this for a minute..." You said. His body was stiff. He didn't really know what to feel. It was like his body just quit on him.
You stayed like that for a long minute. His warmth was the most calming thing and you could hear his heart racing. His body still stiff as a board. "Hey. Relax. I'm not killing you, it's just a hug." You said as you ran your hand up and down his back. He slowly began to relax his body, leaning against the counter. "See." You smiled. He gently rested his arms on your back and rested his chin on your head. "There it is." You giggled and closed your eyes.
It was calmingly silent for a while before my stomach interrupted with a loud growl. You frowned and pulled back slowly. He turned away so you couldn't see his face. You cocked a brow and pulled your hand to cup the side of his face, pulling him to face you. A few tear trails stained his face. His eyes still showing the slightest hint of emotion. "Bakugou..." You sighed. "It's okay to cry." You said as you wiped the tears off of his face gently. "Ok. How about this. We can make our food quick and bring it up to my room and talk for a bit. That okay with you?" You asked.
He just grunted. You smiled and let him get back to work. "SHIT!" He exclaimed when he turned. The pan was smoking and the pancake was completely brunt. He sighed and threw it away. "Sorry" you chuckled and hopped on the counter. He smirked and shook his head as he poured another circle of batter onto the pan. "You should watch your food better." You teased. His smirk dropped and he glared at you. "See! There you go again!" You taunted him. He clenched his jaw. Suddenly, a smirk came into his face. He leaned against the counter and dipped his finger in the batter. "Hmm maybe your right." He said. He pushed off the counter and started walking up to you. "Uhh what are you doing?" You asked with a cocked brow.
He got in front of you and smirked. "Maybe you should watch your surroundings better." He said before swiping the batter across your forehead. You gasped and laughed a bit. "That was messed up." You giggled and wiped off the batter before wiping it on his arm. "Hah." You taunted smugly. He rolled his eyes and finished up breakfast he got both your plates and you guys walked upstairs to your room. You went into your nest and both of you sat down beside eachother. He passed you your plate and utilincils. "Thanks." You said before cutting and eating a piece of the pancake. It was fluffy. "This is really good!" You smiled at him. He scoffed and looked away with a small blush. "Whatever" you chuckled and took another bite. "So what's it like being an only child?" You asked. He shrugged. "You'd think you would be living in paradise, but its fucking boring. You have no one to make fun of or boss around or look up to or down at. Nobody to idolize or protect n shit." He explained. You nodded. "understandable. I've only ever had the twins so I can't imagine them not being here." I said. He nodded lightly showing he understood. "So you and your mom aren't close?" You asked. He shook his head. "We have tried but we always end up bickering for fucks sake." He said. You finished and sat your plate aside. "I think she is just misunderstanding you. I think both of your love languages are yelling. You guys just have to understand eachother. Usually when you scream at the Bakusquad and call them idiots it usually end up translating to I love you guys or something equally as positive on their minds because they understand." You explained. You laid your head down on his shoulder and hugged his arm. "Alphas are complicated." You sighed. He rolled his eyes. "Yeah because omegas aren't." He retorted jokingly.
