Carrie Cheung- a Gotham U psych grad student. There, she met Jon Crane, and was fascinated by his ideas. She disapproved of him when he became Scarecrow, but eventually she was convinced to join. When working with him, she uses the name: Fear. Her conditions: she stays in the shadows, not committing crimes or fighting superheroes.
'Older sister' to her longtime friends and co-henchwomen. Enjoys interning at Arkham, which she calls the scariest place ever.
